Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 117
Narrated Anas: When the time of the prayer was due, one of the members of his family who was near the house stood up for ablution, and so did the others. A stone utensil containing water, which was used for dyeing clothes, was brought to the Prophet. When the water in the utensil became insufficient, the Prophet spread his palm (in it), and all the people performed ablution. We asked, "How many persons were they?" He replied, "More than eighty."

(١١٧) حضرت انس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نماز کا وقت ہوگیا تو آپ کے اہل میں سے جو گھر کے قریب تھا وہ وضو کے لیے کھڑ ہوا اور باقی لوگ بھی۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس پتھر کا بنا ہوا برتن جو کپڑوں کو رنگنے کے لیے تھا اس میں پانی تھا وہ لایا گیا تو وہ برتن (والا پانی) کم پڑگیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس میں اپنی ہتھیلی پھیلائی تو تمام لوگوں نے وضو کیا۔ ہم نے پوچھا : ان کی تعداد کتنی تھی ؟ انھوں نے کہا : اسی سے زیادہ۔
Hazrat Anas (RA) se riwayat hai ki namaz ka waqt hogaya to aap ke ahl mein se jo ghar ke qareeb tha woh wuzu ke liye khara hua aur baqi log bhi. Nabi (SAW) ke pass pathar ka bana hua bartan jo kapron ko rangne ke liye tha us mein pani tha woh laya gaya to woh bartan (wala pani) kam par gaya, aap (SAW) ne us mein apni hatheli phelaai to tamam logon ne wuzu kiya. Hum ne pucha : in ki tadad kitni thi? Unhon ne kaha : assi se zyada.
١١٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، ثنا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ،قَالَ:" حَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَقَامَ مَنْ كَانَ قَرِيبَ الدَّارِ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَبَقِيَ قَوْمٌ، فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِخْضَبٍ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ فَصَغُرَ الْمِخْضَبُ أَنْ يَبْسُطَ فِيهِ كَفَّهُ، فَتَوَضَّأَ الْقَوْمُ كُلُّهُمْ.قُلْنَا:كَمْ كَانُوا؟قَالَ:ثَمَانِينَ وَزِيَادَةً ". رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُنِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ
