Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12202
Shuraihbil ibn Muslim al-Khulani reported from Abu Umama (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, and I heard him say: "Verily, Allah has given every rightful heir his due right, so there is no bequest for an heir."

(١٢٢٠٢) شرحبیل بن مسلم خولانی نے ابوامامہ (رض) سے سنا کہ میں حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس حاضر ہوا، میں نے سنا کہ آپ نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہر حق والے کو اس کا حق دیا ہے، پس وارث کے لیے وصیت جائز نہیں ہے۔
Sharabeel bin Muslim Kholani ne Abu Amama (RA) se suna ki mein Hajjatal wida ke moqe par Rasool Allah (SAW) ke paas hazir hua, mein ne suna ki aap ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala ne har haq wale ko uska haq diya hai, pas waris ke liye wasiyat jaiz nahi hai.
١٢٢٠٢ - وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ،سَمِعَ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ:شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حِجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:" إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، فَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ "
