Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12314
Narrated Aisha (RA): Regarding two daughters, granddaughters (son's daughters), grandsons (son's sons), two sisters (real), and brothers and sisters from the father's side, Aisha (RA) shared that the Prophet (PBUH) gave the shares to granddaughters and grandsons, and siblings from the father's side according to what remained after the shares of the daughters and sisters (real). (The rest of the inheritance) {For the male is the share of two females} and Allah's Messenger (PBUH) would not give them (females) a share, meaning he would keep the remaining property for the males only, and not for the females.

(١٢٣١٤) حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ دو بیٹیوں، پوتیوں، پوتے، دو بہنیں حقیقی اور بھائیوں اور علاتی بہنوں کے بارے میں سیدہ عائشہ (رض) نے شریک کیا پوتیوں اور پوتے کو بھائیوں اور بہنوں (علاتی) کو جو باقی بچا اس میں { لِلذَّکَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنْثَیَیْنِ } کے تحت اور عبداللہ ان کو شریک نہ کرتے تھے، یعنی باقی ماندہ مال صرف مذکر کے لیے رکھتے تھے نہ کہ عورتوں کے لیے۔
Hazrat Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) se riwayat hai ke do betiyon, potiyon, pote, do behenin haqiqi aur bhaiyon aur ulati behenon ke bare mein Sayyida Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) ne sharik kiya potiyon aur pote ko bhaiyon aur behenon (ulati) ko jo baqi bacha us mein {LILZAKARI MISLU HAZZIL UNSAYAIN} ke tahat aur Allah un ko sharik na karte thay, yani baqi manda mal sirf muzkar ke liye rakhte thay na ke aurton ke liye.
١٢٣١٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو،قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ" فِي ابْنَتَيْنِ وَبَنَاتِ ابْنٍ وَبَنِي ابْنٍ وَأُخْتَيْنِ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ وَإِخْوَةٍ وَأَخَوَاتٍ لِأَبٍ، أَنَّهَا أَشْرَكَتْ بَيْنَ بَنَاتِ الِابْنِ وَبَنِي الِابْنِ، وَبَيْنَ الْإِخْوَةِ والْأَخَوَاتِ لِلْأَبِ فِيمَا بَقِيَ، يَعْنِي{لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ}[النساء: ١١]"قَالَ: وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ لَا يُشْرِكُ بَيْنَهُمْ، يَعْنِي يَجْعَلُ مَا بَقِيَ لِلذَّكَرِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ
