Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12503
Narrated by Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: There is no earning from a slave girl in Islam. Whoever earned this income during the pre-Islamic period and then that woman gave birth to a boy, his lineage will be attributed to his master. And whoever claims a child without marriage, neither will the child be his heir nor will he be the child's.

(١٢٥٠٣) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اسلام میں لونڈی کی کمائی نہیں ہے جس نے جاہلیت میں یہ کمائی، پھر اس عورت کا لڑکا ہوا تو اس کا نسب اس کے مولیٰ سے ملے گا اور جو شخص کسی بچے کا دعویٰ کرے بغیر نکاح کے تو نہ بچہ اس کا وارث ہوگا اور نہ وہ بچے گا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Islam mein laundi ki kamai nahi hai jiss ne jahiliyat mein yeh kamai phir uss aurat ka ladka hua to uss ka nasab uss ke maula se milay ga aur jo shakhs kisi bache ka daawa kare baghair nikah ke to na bacha uss ka waris hoga aur na woh bache ga.
١٢٥٠٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ،عَنْ سَلْمِ بْنِ أَبِي الذَّيَّالِ قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، مَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَدْ لَحِقَ بِعَصَبَتِهِ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى وَلَدًا مِنْ غَيْرِ رِشْدَةٍ فَلَا يَرِثُ وَلَا يُورَثُ "
