Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12554
(12554) Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Utbah narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) at the time of his death, made a will for three things: He willed one hundred excellent wasqs of dates from Khaybar for the performers of Taraweeh prayers. He willed one hundred excellent wasqs of dates from Khaybar for the Ansar. He willed one hundred excellent wasqs of dates from Khaybar for the Banu Hashim and one hundred excellent wasqs of dates from Khaybar for the Banu Ash'ar. And he willed that Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) be sent on a military expedition. And he willed that two religions should not remain in the Arabian Peninsula, meaning that only the religion of Islam should remain and all other religions should be eradicated from the Arabian Peninsula. (3) Chapter What has been said regarding the verse of Allah: {And when (other) relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division (of inheritance), then provide for them out of it and speak to them words of kindness.} The decree of Allah Almighty: {And when (other) relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division (of inheritance), then provide for them out of it and speak to them words of kindness.}

(١٢٥٥٤) عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ بن عتبہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنی وفات کے وقت تین چیزوں کی وصیت کی، رہاویوں کے لیے خیبر کے سو عمدہ وسق کی وصیت کی۔ داریوں کے لیے خیبر کے سو عمدہ وسق کی وصیت کی۔ اہل شنیہ کے لیے سو عمدہ وسق خیبر کی وصیت کی اور اشعریوں کے لیے سو عمدہ وسق خیبر کی وصیت کی اور یہ وصیت کی کہ اسامہ بن زید (رض) کو جہاد کے لیے روانہ کیا جائے اور یہ وصیت کی کہ جزیرۃ العرب میں دودیننہ چھوڑتے جائیں، یعنی صرف دین اسلام ہو باقی تمام ادیان کو جزیرۃ العرب سے ختم کردیا جائے۔ (٣) باب مَا جَائَ فِی قَوْلِہِ تَعَالَی { وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَی وَالْیَتَامَی وَالْمَسَاکِینُ فَارْزُقُوہُمْ مِنْہُ وَقُولُوا لَہُمْ قَوْلاً مَعْرُوفًا } اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان { وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَی وَالْیَتَامَی وَالْمَسَاکِینُ فَارْزُقُوہُمْ مِنْہُ وَقُولُوا لَہُمْ قَوْلاً مَعْرُوفًا }
12554 Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Utba farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apni wafat ke waqt teen cheezon ki wasiyat ki, Rahaviyon ke liye Khairbar ke sau umda wasq ki wasiyat ki. Dariyon ke liye Khairbar ke sau umda wasq ki wasiyat ki. Ahl-e-Sunnat ke liye sau umda wasq Khairbar ki wasiyat ki aur Ash'ariyon ke liye sau umda wasq Khairbar ki wasiyat ki aur yeh wasiyat ki ki Usama bin Zaid (Razi Allah Anhu) ko jihad ke liye rawana kiya jaye aur yeh wasiyat ki ki Jazeera-tul-Arab mein do deen na chorte jayen, yani sirf Deen Islam ho baqi tamam adyan ko Jazeera-tul-Arab se khatam kar diya jaye. 3 Bab Ma ja'a fi qaulihi ta'ala {wa iza hadara alqismata ulu alquraba waalyatama walmasakin farzuqoohum minhu waqooloo lahum qawlan ma'roofan} Allah ta'ala ka farman {wa iza hadara alqismata ulu alquraba waalyatama walmasakin farzuqoohum minhu waqooloo lahum qawlan ma'roofan}.
١٢٥٥٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو،قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ:⦗٤٣٦⦘ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بن عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ قَالَ:" لَمْ يُوصِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ إِلَّا بِثَلَاثٍ: أَوْصَى لِلرَّهَاوِيِّينَ بِجَادِّ مِائَةِ وَسْقٍ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ، وَأَوْصَى لِلدَّارِيِّينَ بِجَادِّ مِائَةِ وَسْقٍ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ، وَأَوْصَى لِلشَّيْبِيِّينَ بِجَادِّ مِائَةِ وَسْقٍ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ، وَأَوْصَى لِلْأَشْعَرِيِّينَ بِجَادِّ مِائَةِ وَسْقٍ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ، وَأَوْصَى بِتَنْفِيذِ بَعْثِ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، وَأَوْصَى أَنْ لَا يُتْرَكَ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ دِينَانِ "هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ
