Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12803
It is narrated on the authority of Makhul that at first, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would give a quarter of the spoils of war. And when he returned (from a battle), he gave a third.

(١٢٨٠٣) مکحول سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے شروع میں ربع غنیمت دی اور جب واپس پلٹے تو ثلث دی۔
