Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12819
Sa'd bin Abi Waqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to Medina, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent us on an expedition. Sa'd narrated the Hadith and said: And whatever wealth you capture, it will belong to you. Then he narrated the Hadith of Abdullah bin Jahsh's caravan, and they were the first wealthy people in Islam. And this indicates that this verse was revealed before the verses about (the distribution of) spoils of war and (the rights of) Bait-ul-Mal.

(١٢٨١٩) حضرت سعد بن ابی وقاص (رض) کہتے ہیں : جب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مدینہ میں آئیتو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں ایک لشکر میں روانہ کیا اور سعد نے حدیث بیان کی اس میں کہا : اور مال جو بھی پکڑے گا اس کے لیے وہی ہوگا ۔ پھر عبداللہ بن جحش کے قافلہ کی حدیث بیان کی اور وہ اسلام کے پہلے امیر تھے۔ اور یہ اس پر دلالت ہے کہ یہ آیت غنیمت اور فئی کے بارے میں نزول سے پہلے کی ہے۔
Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas (RA) kehte hain : Jab Rasul Allah (SAW) Madinah mein aaye to aap (SAW) ne humein ek lashkar mein rawana kiya aur Saad ne hadees bayan ki us mein kaha : aur maal jo bhi pakrega uske liye wohi hoga . Phir Abdullah bin Jahsh ke qafile ki hadees bayan ki aur wo Islam ke pehle ameer thay. Aur ye is par dalalat hai ki ye ayat ghanimat aur fai ke bare mein nuzool se pehle ki hai.
١٢٨١٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَسَّانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُبَارَكِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ح، وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ،ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، ثنا مُجَالِدٌ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ،عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ:لَمَّا قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ بَعَثَنَا فِي رَكْبٍ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ،وَفِيهِ قَالَ:وَكَانَ الْفَيْءُ إِذْ ذَاكَ:" مَنْ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ "ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي بَعْثِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ جَحْشٍ الْأَسَدِيَّ،قَالَ:وَكَانَ أَوَّلَ أَمِيرٍ أُمِّرَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَفِي هَذَا دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ ذَلِكَ كَانَ قَبْلَ نُزُولِ الْآيَةِ فِي الْغَنِيمَةِ وَالْفَيْءِ
