Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12862
Abdullah bin Shafeeq narrates from a man of Balqeen that I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he was on a horse in Wadi Qura. I said: "O Messenger of Allah! What do you say about the spoils of war?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "One-fifth of it belongs to Allah and the remaining four parts are for the army." I said: "Who is more deserving of it?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No one and no share, if you take it out yourself, then no one is more deserving of it than your Muslim brother."

(١٢٨٦٢) عبداللہ بن شفیق بلقین کے ایک آدمی سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا، آپ وادی قریٰ میں گھوڑے پر تھے، میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! غنیمت کے بارے میں آپ کیا فرماتی ہیں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ کے لیے اس کا خمس ہے اور باقی چار حصے لشکر کے ہیں۔ میں نے کہا : کون ایک سے زیادہ حق دار ہے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نہیں اور نہ کوئی حصہ جسے تو اپنی طرف سے نکالے تو اس کا اپنے مسلمان بھائی سے زیادہ حق دار نہیں ہے۔
12862 Abdullah bin Shafiq Balqin ke ek aadmi se naql farmate hain ki main Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass aaya, aap Wadi Qira mein ghore par the, maine kaha : Aye Allah ke Rasool! Ghanimat ke baare mein aap kya farmate hain? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Allah ke liye iska khums hai aur baqi chaar hisse lashkar ke hain. Maine kaha: Kaun ek se zyada haqdaar hai? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Nahin aur na koi hissa jise tum apni taraf se nikale to uska apne musalman bhai se zyada haqdaar nahin hai.
١٢٨٦٢ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، وَخَالِدٍ، وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْخِرِّيتِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ،عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَلْقَيْنِ قَالَ:أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِوَادِي الْقُرَى وَهُوَ يَعْرِضُ فَرَسًا،فَقُلْتُ:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا تَقُولُ فِي الْغَنِيمَةِ؟قَالَ:" لِلَّهِ خُمُسُهَا، وَأَرْبَعَةُ أَخْمَاسٍ لِلْجَيْشِ ".قُلْتُ:فَمَا أَحَدٌ أَوْلَى بِهِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ؟قَالَ:" لَا، وَلَا السَّهْمُ تَسْتَخْرِجُهُ مِنْ جَنْبِكَ لَيْسَ أَنْتَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ أَخِيكَ الْمُسْلِمِ "
