Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13504
'Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “My Lord agreed with me on three matters. I said: ‘If only we were to take the Station of Ibrahim (Abraham) as a place of prayer.’ So, Allah, the Exalted, revealed: {And take you (people) the Station of Ibrahim (Abraham) as a place of prayer} [Al-Baqarah: 125]. I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Verily, the righteous and the wicked enter upon you. So please order the Mothers of the Believers to observe the Hijab.’ So, Allah, the Exalted, revealed: {O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers} [Al-Ahzab: 59]. And they mentioned that news reached me that some of the pure wives (of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)) had made the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) angry, so I went to them and said: ‘Fear Allah! For indeed, Allah will replace better wives than you for His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).’ Later, Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) from amongst the Mothers of the Believers came to me and said: ‘O 'Umar! You do not advise your own wives as much as you advise these (Mothers of the Believers).’ So, Allah, the Exalted, revealed: {It may be if he divorced you (all) that his Lord will give him instead of you, wives better than you.} [At-Tahrim: 5].'

(١٣٥٠٤) عمر بن خطاب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میرے رب نے تین مقام پر میری موافقت کی ہے۔ میں نے کہا : اگر ہم مقام ابراہیم کو مصلی بنالیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل کی { وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاہِیمَ مُصَلًّی } [البقرۃ ] میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) آپ پر نیک لوگ بھی اور برے بھی داخل ہوتے ہیں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) امہات المومنین کو پردے کا حکم دیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل کردی : { یا ایہا النبی قل لازواجک وبناتک ونساء المومنین } اور انھوں نے بیان کیا کہ مجھے بعض ازواج مطہرات سے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خفگی کی خبر ملی۔ میں ان کے پاس گیا اور کہا : باز آجاؤ ورنہ اللہ تعالیٰ تم سے بہتر بیویاں آپ کے لیے بدل دے گا۔ بعد میں امہات المومنین میں حضرت ام سلمہ آئیں اور کہا : اے عمر ! تم اپنی ازواج کو اتنی نصیحت نہیں کرتے جتنی تم انھیں (امہات المومنین) کو کرتے ہو تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل کی : { عَسَی رَبُّہُ إِنْ طَلَّقَکُنَّ أَنْ یُبْدِلَہُ أَزْوَاجًا خَیْرًا مِنْکُنَّ }[التحریم ٥]
(13504) Umar bin Khattab (RA) farmate hain keh mere rab ne teen maqam par meri muwafqat ki hai. Main ne kaha: Agar hum maqam Ibrahim ko musalla bana len to Allah ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil ki { واتخذوا من مقام إبراهيم مصلى } [albaqarah] Main ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aap par nek log bhi aur bure bhi dakhil hote hain. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Ummahaatul Momineen ko parde ka hukum den to Allah ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil kardi: { يا أيها النبي قل لأزواجك وبناتك ونساء المؤمنين } Aur unhon ne bayan kya keh mujhe baaz azwaj muttaharaat se Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki khafgi ki khabar mili. Main un ke paas gaya aur kaha: Baaz aa jao warna Allah ta'ala tum se behtar biwiyan aap ke liye badal dega. Baad mein Ummahaatul Momineen mein Hazrat Umme Salma aayin aur kaha: Aye Umar! Tum apni azwaj ko itni nasihat nahin karte jitni tum unhen (Ummahaatul Momineen) ko karte ho to Allah ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil ki: { عسى ربه إن طلقكن أن يبدله أزواجا خيرا منكن }[attarhrim 5].
١٣٥٠٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَحْيَى الزُّهْرِيُّ، بِمَكَّةَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الصَّائِغُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، ثنا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ عَبْدُوسُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ،عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ" وَافَقَنِي رَبِّي فِي ثَلَاثٍ،قُلْتُ:لَوِ اتَّخَذْنَا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى،فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ:{وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى}[البقرة: ١٢٥]،وَقُلْتُ:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْكَ الْبَرُّ وَالْفَاجِرُ، فَلَوْ حَجَبْتَ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ،فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ آيَةَ الْحِجَابِ قَالَ:وَبَلَغَنِي شَيْءٌ كَانَ بَيْنَ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَبَيْنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَاسْتَقْرَيْتُهُنَّ أَقُولُ لَتَكُفُّنَّ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَوْ لَيُبْدِلَنَّهُ اللهُ أَزْوَاجًا خَيْرًا مِنْكُنَّ، حَتَّى أَتَيْتُ عَلَى آخِرِ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ،فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ:يَا عُمَرُ أَمَا فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا يَعِظُ نِسَاءَهُ حَتَّى تَعِظَهُنَّ؟ فَأَمْسَكْتُ،فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ:{عَسَى رَبُّهُ إِنْ طَلَّقَكُنَّ أَنْ يُبْدِلَهُ أَزْوَاجًا خَيْرًا مِنْكُنَّ}[التحريم: ٥]"الْآيَةَ، أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ مُخْتَصَرًا، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَدَلَ الثَّالِثَةِ السَّارِي بَدْرٌ
