Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13627
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "There is no marriage without a wali." Imam Abu Dawud said in some narrations that he is Yunus ibn Abi Kaثیر, as Abu Dawud narrated.

(١٣٦٢٧) سیدنا ابو موسیٰ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” ولی کے بغیر نکاح نہیں ہوتا۔ “ امام ابوداؤد بعض نسخوں میں کہتے ہیں کہ وہ یونس بن ابوکثیر ہے اسی طرح ابوداؤد نے حکایت کیا ہے۔
Saina Abu Musa (rz) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: "wali ke baghair nikah nahin hota." Imam Abu Dawud baz nuskon mein kahte hain ki woh Younus bin Abu Kaثیر hai isi tarah Abu Dawud ne hikayat ki hai.
١٣٦٢٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ أَعْيَنَ، ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، وَإِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ،عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ "ثُمَّ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فِي بَعْضِ النُّسَخِ مِنْ كِتَابِ السُّنَنِ هُوَ يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، كَذَا حُكِيَ عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ
