Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13638

Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) annulled the marriage of the woman who had performed the marriage without a guardian.

(١٣٦٣٨) سیدنا عمر (رض) نے اس عورت کا نکاح مردود قرار دیا، جس نے ولی کے بغیر نکاح کیا تھا۔

(13638) Syedna Umar (RA) ne is aurat ka nikah mardood qarar diya, jis ne wali ke baghair nikah kiya tha.

١٣٦٣٨ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ" رَدَّ نِكَاحَ امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ "
