Chapter on the one who claimed that marrying a free woman to a slave woman is the divorce of the slave woman
باب من زعم أن نكاح الحرة على الأمة طلاق الأمة
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 14008
Masrooq said, "That (meat) is in the same category as carrion to which one was compelled (to eat), and when Allah has made you free from it, then you too should disregard it, and abstain (from it).".

(١٤٠٠٨) مسروق فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ مردار کے مرتبہ میں ہے جس کی جانب مجبور ہوا گیا جب اللہ آپ کو اس سے مستغنی کر دے تو آپ بھی بے پرواہی کریں، مستغنی ہوجائیں۔
(14008) masruq farmate hain ki ye murdar ke martaba mein hai jis ki janib majboor kiya gaya jab Allah aap ko is se mustaghni kar de to aap bhi beparwahi karen, mustaghni hojain.
١٤٠٠٨ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ، ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ،عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:" هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمَيْتَةِ تَضْطَرُّ إِلَيْهَا، فَإِذَا أَغْنَاكَ اللهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهَا فَاسْتَغْنِ "
