Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15141
He (the Prophet) narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that when a man divorces his wife once or twice, and another man marries her, and then the first husband marries her again, he is entitled to give three fresh divorces.

(١٥١٤١) وبرہ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جب کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کو ایک یا دو طلاقیں دے دیتا ہے، پھر کوئی دوسرا شخص اس عورت سے شادی کرلیتا ہے، پھر پہلا خاوند دوبارہ شادی کرلیتا ہے تو وہ نئے سرے سے تین طلاق دینے کا مجاز ہے۔
(15141) wa Barah Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ki jab koi shakhs apni biwi ko ek ya do talaqain de deta hai, phir koi doosra shakhs us aurat se shadi karleta hai, phir pehla khaavand dobara shadi karleta hai to woh naye sire se teen talaq dene ka mujaz hai.
١٥١٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ وَبَرَةَ،عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:" إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ آخَرُ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا هُوَ بَعْدُ قَالَ: تَكُونُ عَلَى طَلَاقٍ مُسْتَقْبَلٍ "
