Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15242
Urwa reported from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that all praise is due to Him whose hearing is encompassed by all sounds. A woman came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, complaining and arguing. I was in a corner of the house and did not hear what she was saying. Then Allah, the Almighty, revealed this verse: "Indeed Allah has heard the statement of her who disputes with you concerning her husband..." (Quran 65:1). Allah heard the speech of the woman who was arguing about her husband.

(١٥٢٤٢) عروہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ تمام تعریفیں اس ذات کے لیے جس کی سماعت کو آوازوں نے گھیر رکھا ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ایک عورت جھگڑتے ہوئے شکایت کر رہی تھی اور میں گھر کے ایک کونے میں تھی۔ میں نے نہ سنا وہ کیا کہہ رہی تھی تو اللہ رب العزت نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی : { قَدْ سَمِعَ اللّٰہُ قَوْلَ الَّتِیْ تُجَادِلُکَ فِیْ زَوْجِہَا } [المجادلہ ١] ” اللہ نے اس عورت کی بات کو سن لیا جو اپنے شوہر کے بارے میں جھگڑا کر رہی تھی۔ “
Urwa Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) se naqal farmate hain ke tamam tarifain is zaat ke liye jis ki samaat ko aawazon ne gher rakha hai ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas ek aurat jhagadte hue shikayat kar rahi thi aur main ghar ke ek kone mein thi. Maine na suna wo kya keh rahi thi to Allah Rab ul Izzat ne yeh ayat nazil farmai: { Qad sami allah qawl allati tujadiluka fi zawjiha } [Al-Mujadila 1] ” Allah ne is aurat ki baat ko sun liya jo apne shohar ke bare mein jhagda kar rahi thi. “
١٥٢٤٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أنا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، نا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ،عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ:الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَسِعَ سَمْعُهُ الْأَصْوَاتَ لَقَدْ جَاءَتِ الْمُجَادِلَةُ تَشْتَكِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا فِي نَاحِيَةِ الْبَيْتِ مَا أَسْمَعُ مَا تَقُولُ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ{قَدْ سَمِعَ اللهُ قَوْلَ الَّتِي تُجَادِلُكَ فِي زَوْجِهَا}[المجادلة: ١]أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ فَقَالَ: وَقَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ فَذَكَرَهُ
