Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15899
Sulaiman bin Amr bin Ahwas narrates from his father that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage: “Which day is the greatest in sanctity?” The people said: “This day, the day of Hajj-al-Akbar.” He said: “Your wealth, your honor, your blood are forbidden to you, just as this city and this day are sacred. No one should oppress another, nor should a child bear the burden of his father's actions, nor should a father bear the burden of his child's actions."

(١٥٨٩٩) سلیمان بن عمرو بن احوص اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے فرمایا : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر فرماتے ہوئے سنا : ” کون سا دن حرمت کے لحاظ سے سب سے عظیم ہے ؟ “ تو لوگوں نے کہا : آج کا دن، حج اکبر کا دن۔ فرمایا : تمہارا مال تمہاری عزتیں تمہارا خون حرام ہے جیسے یہ شہر اور یہ دن حرمت والا ہے۔ کوئی کسی پر زیادتی نہیں کرے گا، نہ بچہ والد کے کیے کو بھگتے گا اور نہ والد بچے کا بوجھ اٹھائے گا۔
Sulaiman bin Amr bin Ahwas apne walid se riwayat karte hain ki unhon ne farmaya: main ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se Hajj-tul-Wida ke mauqe par farmate hue suna: "Kaun sa din hurmat ke lehaz se sab se azeem hai?" To logon ne kaha: "Aaj ka din, Hajj-e-Akbar ka din." Farmaya: "Tumhara maal tumhari izzatein tumhara khoon haram hai jaise ye shahar aur ye din hurmat wala hai. Koi kisi par zyadati nahin karega, na bachcha walid ke kiye ko bhugtega aur na walid bachche ka bojh uthayega."
١٥٨٩٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دَنُوقًا، ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ:" أِيُّ يَوْمٍ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً؟ "قَالُوا: يَوْمُنَا هَذَا أَوْ يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ.قَالَ:" فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ وَبَلَدِكُمْ، أَلَا لَا يَجْنِي جَانٍ إِلَّا عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، لَا يَجْنِي وَالِدٌ عَلَى وَلَدِهِ، وَلَا مَوْلُودٌ عَلَى وَالِدِهِ "
