Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16626
Muqaddam said that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “Obey your rulers, if they command you to follow my Sunnah, then they will receive a reward for it and you will receive a reward for obeying. And if they command you to do something besides that, then the burden is on them and you are free from it. For when you meet Allah you will say: ‘O our Lord, there is no injustice, is there?’ And Allah will say: ‘There is no injustice.’ So you will say: ‘O our Lord, You sent us Messengers and we obeyed them, then You sent us Caliphs by Your command and we obeyed them, then You sent us rulers by Your command and we obeyed them.’ Allah will say: ‘You speak the truth, the burden is on them and you are free from it.’”

(١٦٦٢٦) مقدام کہتے ہیں کہ انھیں نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اپنے امراء کی اطاعت کرنا، اگر وہ تمہیں میری باتوں کا حکم دیں انھیں بھی اس کا اجر ملے گا اور تمہیں بھی اطاعت کا اجر ملے گا اور اگر وہ میری باتوں کے علاوہ کسی اور چیز کا حکم دیں تو وہ ان پر وبال ہے ، تم اس سے بری ہو؛ کیونکہ جب تم اللہ سے ملو گے تو تو تم کہنا : اے ہمارے رب ! ظلم نہیں تو اللہ فرمائیں گے ظلم نہیں۔ تو تم کہنا : اے ہمارے رب ! تو نے ہم میں رسول بھیجے، ہم نے ان کی اطاعت کی، پھر خلفاء بھیجے تیرے حکم سے ان کی بھی اطاعت کی، پھر امراء بھیجے تو تیرے ہی حکم سے ان کی بھی اطاعت کی۔ اللہ فرمائیں گے : تم سچ کہتے ہو وہ ان پر وبال ہے تم بری ہو۔
(16626) Muqdam kahte hain ki unhen Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Apne umara ki ita'at karna, agar wo tumhen meri baton ka hukm den unhen bhi iska ajr milega aur tumhen bhi ita'at ka ajr milega aur agar wo meri baton ke ilawa kisi aur cheez ka hukm den to wo un par waabal hai, tum us se bari ho; kyunki jab tum Allah se milo ge to tum kahna: Aye hamare Rab! Zulm nahin to Allah farmaenge zulm nahin. To tum kahna: Aye hamare Rab! Tune hum mein rasool bheje, humne unki ita'at ki, phir khulfa bheje tere hukm se unki bhi ita'at ki, phir umara bheje to tere hi hukm se unki bhi ita'at ki. Allah farmaenge: Tum sach kahte ho wo un par waabal hai tum bari ho.
١٦٦٢٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْحُرْفِيُّ، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ يَعْنِي السُّلَمِيَّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْعَلَاءِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، أَنَّ حَبِيبَ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ، أَنَّ الْمِقْدَامَ حَدَّثَهُمْ،أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" أَطِيعُوا أُمَرَاءَكُمْ مَا كَانَ، فَإِنْ أَمَرُوكُمْ بِمَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ بِهِ فَإِنَّهُمْ يُؤْجَرُونَ عَلَيْهِ، وَتُؤْجَرُونَ بِطَاعَتِكُمْ، وَإِنْ أَمَرُوكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِمَّا لَمْ آمُرُكُمْ بِهِ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَأَنْتُمْ مِنْهُ بُرْءًا،ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّكُمْ إِذَا لَقِيتُمُ اللهَ قُلْتُمْ:رَبَّنَا لَا ظُلْمَ،فَيَقُولُ:لَا ظُلْمَ،فَتَقُولُونَ:رَبَّنَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رُسُلًا فَأَطَعْنَاهُمْ بِإِذْنِكَ، وَاسْتَخْلَفْتَ عَلَيْنَا خُلَفَاءَ فَأَطَعْنَاهُمْ بِإِذْنِكَ، وَأَمَّرْتَ عَلَيْنَا أُمَرَاءَ فَأَطَعْنَاهُمْ "،قَالَ:" فَيَقُولُ: صَدَقْتُمْ، هُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَأَنْتُمْ مِنْهُ بُرْءًا "
