Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16935
Hazrat Wa'il narrates that during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a woman was raped, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) waived the punishment for the woman and punished the man who had raped her.

(١٦٩٣٥) حضرت وائل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے زمانے میں ایک عورت سے زبردستی زنا ہوا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس عورت پر سے حد ساقط کردی اور اس شخص کو جس نے اس سے زنا کیا تھا حد لگائی۔
(16935) Hazrat Wael farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke zamane mein ek aurat se zabardasti zina hua to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us aurat par se had saqit kardi aur us shakhs ko jisne us se zina kiya tha had lagai.
١٦٩٣٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وَأنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَبُو حَامِدٍ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُجَالِدٍ، ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،قَالَ:" اسْتُكْرِهَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا "
