Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 20304
(20304) Ibn Shabreemah narrates from Hasan regarding Allah's decree, "وَشَاوِرْہُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ" - "and consult them in the matter", that Allah, the Almighty, instructed the latter ones because you (the Prophet) were not in need of it.

(٢٠٣٠٤) ابن شبرمہ حضرت حسن سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمان : وَشَاوِرْہمُ ْفیِ الْاَمْرِ ۔ ” ان سے معاملہ میں مشورہ کیجیے “ کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں کہ اللہ رب العزت نے بعد والوں کو تعلیم دی ہے، اس لیے کہ آپ کو تو اس کی ضرورت نہ تھی۔
(20304) ibne shibruma hazrat hasan se allah taala ke farman : wa shawirhum fil amr ۔ ” in se mamle mein mashwara kijiye “ ke mutalliq farmate hain ke allah rabbul izzat ne bad walon ko taleem di hai, is liye ke aap ko to is ki zarurat na thi.
٢٠٣٠٤ - أَخَبَرِنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ{وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ}[آل عمران: ١٥٩]قَالَ:" عَلَّمَهُ اللهُ سُبْحَانَهُ أَنَّهُ مَا بِهِ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ حَاجَةٍ، وَلَكِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْتَنَّ بِهِ مَنْ بَعْدَهُ "
