Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 302
It is narrated on the authority of Rubai' bint Mu'awwidh (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wiped over the outer part and the inside of his ears.

(٣٠٢) ربیع بنت معوذ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے کانوں کے ظاہری اور اندرونی حصے کا مسح کیا۔

٣٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذٍ" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَسَحَ أُذُنَيْهِ ظَاهِرَهُمَا وَبَاطِنَهُمَا "
