Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 3634
(3634) (a) Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Sunnah is that when a person catches one rak'ah with the Imam in the Maghrib prayer, he should sit in the last qadah with the Imam. When the Imam finishes the salam, he should stand up and pray the second rak'ah and sit in the tashahhud, then stand up and pray the third rak'ah and recite the tashahhud in it and then finish with the salam. And the same applies to other prayers in which one sits. (b) Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Tell me which prayer is it in which tashahhud is recited three times in three rak'ahs? When he was asked about this, he said: It is the Maghrib prayer that if a person misses one rak'ah, then he will recite the tashahhud in the two rak'ahs that he catches with the Imam and he will also recite the last tashahhud.

(٣٦٣٤) (ا) حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں : سنت یہ ہے کہ آدمی جب امام کے ساتھ مغرب کی نماز میں ایک رکعت پالے تو وہ امام کے ساتھ قعدہ اخیرہ کرے، جب امام سلام پھیر لے تو وہ کھڑا ہو کر دوسری رکعت پڑھے اور تشہد میں بیٹھے، پھر کھڑا ہو کر تیسری رکعت پڑھے اور اس میں تشہد پڑھے اور پھر سلام پھیرے اور دیگر نمازیں بھی اسی طریقے پر ہیں جن میں بیٹھا جاتا ہے۔ (ب) امام زہری (رح) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) نے فرمایا : مجھے بتاؤ وہ کونسی نماز ہے، جس میں تین رکعتوں میں تین بارتشہد پڑھا جاتا ہے ؟ جب ان سے اس بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو فرمایا : یہ مغرب کی نماز ہے کہ آدمی سے ایک رکعت چھوٹ جائے، پھر وہ امام کے ساتھ دوسری رکعتیں جو پائے گا ان میں تشہد پڑھے گا اور آخری تشہد بھی پڑھے گا۔
(3634) (a) Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (ra) farmate hain : Sunnat yeh hai keh aadmi jab Imam ke sath Maghrib ki namaz mein ek rakat pale to woh Imam ke sath qada akhirah kare, jab Imam salam phir le to woh khara ho kar dusri rakat parhe aur tashahhud mein baithe, phir khara ho kar teesri rakat parhe aur us mein tashahhud parhe aur phir salam phir le aur digar namazen bhi isi tarike par hain jin mein baitha jata hai. (b) Imam Zuhri (rah) farmate hain keh Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (ra) ne farmaya : Mujhe batao woh kaunsi namaz hai, jis mein teen rakaton mein teen bar tashahhud parha jata hai ? Jab un se is bare mein poocha gaya to farmaya : Yeh Maghrib ki namaz hai keh aadmi se ek rakat chhoot jaye, phir woh Imam ke sath dusri rakaten jo paye ga un mein tashahhud parhe ga aur aakhri tashahhud bhi parhe ga.
٣٦٣٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى، ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ السُّنَّةَ إِذَا أَدْرَكَ الرَّجُلُ رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ فَإِذَا سَلَّمَ الْإِمَامُ قَامَ فَرَكَعَ الثَّانِيَةَ فَجَلَسَ فِيهَا وَتَشَهَّدَ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَرَكَعَ الرَّكْعَةَ الثَّالِثَةَ فَتَشَهَّدَ فِيهَا، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ، وَالصَّلَوَاتُ عَلَى هَذِهِ السُّنَّةِ فِيمَا يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ مِنْهُنَّ" قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ: "حَدِّثُونِي بِثَلَاثِ رَكَعَاتٍ يُتَشَهَّدُ فِيهِنَّ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ،فَإِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْهَا قَالَ:تِلْكَ صَلَاةُ الْمَغْرِبِ يُسْبَقُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْهَا بِرَكْعَةٍ، ثُمَّ يُدْرِكُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَيَتَشَهَّدُ فِيهِمَا "
