Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 4710
Abdullah bin Abi Qais reported that I asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the recitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) at night: "Did he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recite loudly or softly?" She said, "Sometimes loudly and sometimes softly." I said: "All praise is due to Allah Who has kept the matter spacious.”

(٤٧١٠) عبداللہ بن ابی قیس فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے سوال کیا کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی رات کی قرأت کیسی ہوتی تھی ؟ کیا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بلند آواز سے قرأت کرتے تھے یا پست آواز سے ؟ فرماتی ہیں : کبھی بلند آواز سے اور کبھی پست آواز سے میں نے کہا : تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے معاملہ میں وسعت رکھی ہے۔
Abdullah bin Abi Qais farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Ayesha (RA) se sawal kya keh Nabi (SAW) ki raat ki qirat कैसी hoti thi? kya aap (SAW) buland aawaz se qirat karte thay ya past aawaz se? farmati hain: kabhi buland aawaz se aur kabhi past aawaz se maine kaha: tamam tarifain Allah ke liye hain jisne mamle mein wusat rakhi.
٤٧١٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي قَيْسٍ حَدَّثَهُ،أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ:كَيْفَ كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، أَكَانَ يَجْهَرُ أَمْ يُسِرُّ؟قَالَتْ:" كُلُّ ذَلِكَ يَفْعَلُ، رُبَّمَا جَهَرَ وَرُبَّمَا أَسَرَّ ".قَالَ:قُلْتُ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الْأَمْرِ سَعَةً "
