Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 4806
Saeed bin Jubair narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib sent him to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for some work. That day was the turn of Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), the aunt of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him). He went to them, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in the mosque at that time. Ibn Abbas says that I lay down in the room of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). I was saying in my heart that today I will count how many prayers the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offers. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came after some part of the night had passed, I was lying in your (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) room. Then you said: Sleep, you took the sheet from Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), some part of it was on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and some part was on Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her). Then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up and offered two rak'ahs. Then you offered eight rak'ahs. Then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered five witr, without sitting in between. Then when you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sat down, you praised Allah, as He was worthy of. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praised a lot and finally said these words: O Allah! Make light in my heart, O Allah! Make light in my ears and make light in my eyes, O Allah! Make light on my right, left, front and back and increase me in light, increase me in light.

(٤٨٠٦) سعید بن جبیر ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ عباس بن عبدالمطلب نے ان کو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی طرف کسی کام کے لیے بھیجا۔ اس دن ابن عباس (رض) کی خالہ میمونہ کی باری تھی۔ وہ ان کے پاس گئے، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس وقت مسجد میں تھے۔ ابن عباس کہتے ہیں کہ میں نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حجرہ میں لیٹ گیا۔ میں اپنے دل میں کہہ رہا تھا کہ آج میں شمار کروں گا کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کتنی نماز پڑھتے ہیں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) رات کا کچھ حصہ گزر جانے کے بعد آئے، میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حجرہ میں لیٹا ہوا تھا۔ پھر فرمایا : سوجاؤ، آپ نے میمونہ (رض) سے چادر لی، اس کا بعض حصہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے اوپر تھا اور کچھ حصہ میمونہ (رض) کے اوپر تھا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہو کر دو رکعات پڑھیں۔ پھر آٹھ رکعات ادا کیں۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پانچ وتر پڑھے، درمیان میں نہیں بیٹھے۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بیٹھے تو اللہ کی تعریف کی، جس کا وہ اہل تھا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بہت زیادہ ثنا کی اور آخر میں یہ الفاظ فرمائے : اے اللہ ! میرے دل میں نور بنا، اے اللہ ! میرے کانوں میں نور بنا دے اور میری آنکھوں میں نور بنا دے، اے اللہ ! میرے دائیں، بائیں، آگے اور پیچھے نور بنا دے اور مجھے نور میں زیادہ کر، مجھے نور میں زیادہ کر۔
4806 Saeed bin Jubair Ibn Abbas (RA) se naql farmate hain ke Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib ne un ko Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki taraf kisi kaam ke liye bheja. Iss din Ibn Abbas (RA) ki khala Maymoonah ki bari thi. Woh un ke paas gaye, Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) uss waqt masjid mein thay. Ibn Abbas kehte hain ke mein Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke hujre mein lait gaya. Mein apne dil mein keh raha tha ke aaj mein shumaar karoon ga ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) kitni namaz parhte hain. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) raat ka kuch hissa guzar jane ke baad aaye, mein aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke hujre mein laita hua tha. Phir farmaya: So jao, aap ne Maymoonah (RA) se chadar li, iska baaz hissa Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke upar tha aur kuch hissa Maymoonah (RA) ke upar tha. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kharay ho kar do rakat parhi. Phir aath rakat ada ki. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne panch witr parhe, darmiyan mein nahi baithe. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) baithe to Allah ki tareef ki, jis ka woh ahl tha. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne bahut zyada sana ki aur akhir mein yeh alfaz farmaye: Aye Allah! Mere dil mein noor bana, aye Allah! Mere kaano mein noor bana de aur meri aankhon mein noor bana de, aye Allah! Mere daayen, baayen, aagey aur peeche noor bana de aur mujhe noor mein zyada kar, mujhe noor mein zyada kar.
٤٨٠٦ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَاجَةٍ، وَكَانَتْ لَيْلَةَ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ خَالَةِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَوَجَدَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ،قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ:" فَاضْطَجَعْتُ فِي حُجْرَتِهِ فَجَعَلْتُ فِي نَفْسِي أَنْ أُحْصِيَ كَمْ يُصَلِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ فَجَاءَ وَأَنَا مُضْطَجِعٌ فِي الْحُجْرَةِ بَعْدَ أَنْ ذَهَبَ ثُلُثُ اللَّيْلِ،ثُمَّ قَالَ:"ارْقُدْ أَوْ بَعْدُ".قَالَ:ثُمَّ تَنَاوَلَ مِلْحَفَةً عَلَى مَيْمُونَةَ فَارْتَدَى بِبَعْضِهَا وَعَلَيْهَا بَعْضُهَا، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى صَلَّى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ، ثُمَّ أَوْتَرَ بِخَمْسٍ لَمْ يَجْلِسْ بَيْنَهُنَّ، ثُمَّ قَعَدَ فَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ فَأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثَّنَاءِ،ثُمَّ كَانَ آخِرُ كَلَامِهِ أَنْ قَالَ:"اللهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا فِي قَلْبِي، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا فِي سَمْعِي، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا فِي بَصَرِي، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا عَنْ يَمِينِي، وَنُورًا عَنْ شِمَالِي وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا بَيْنَ يَدِيَّ، وَنُورًا خَلْفِي، وَزِدْنِي نُورًا، وَزِدْنِي نُورًا "
