Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 4809
(4809) It is narrated on the authority of Qais ibn Sa'd that he (the Prophet) used to pray three rak'ahs (for Witr) and would not sit in between and would only recite the tashahhud in the last rak'ah.

(٤٨٠٩) قیس بن سعد عطاء سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ تین وتر پڑھتے تھے اور درمیان میں نہ بیٹھتے تھے اور تشہد بھی آخری رکعت میں پڑھتے تھے۔
