Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 4944
Harith narrated from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Among the neighbors of the mosque, whoever hears the call to prayer (Adhan) and is healthy, with no excuse, yet does not come to prayer, then his prayer is not valid."

(٤٩٤٤) حارث حضرت علی (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت علی (رض) نے فرمایا : مسجد کے ہمسایوں میں سے جو اذان کو سنتا ہے اور وہ تندرست ہے اسے کوئی عذر نہیں، پھر بھی نماز کے لیے نہیں آتا تو اس کی کوئی نماز نہیں۔
4944 Haris Hazrat Ali (RA) se naqal farmate hain ke Hazrat Ali (RA) ne farmaya: Masjid ke hamsayon mein se jo azan ko sunta hai aur wo tandarust hai use koi uzr nahin phir bhi namaz ke liye nahin aata to uski koi namaz nahin.
٤٩٤٤ - وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ،عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:" مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ مِنْ جِيرَانِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ ". وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مَرْفُوعًا، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ
