Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5011
Saeed bin Musayyab said that an Ansari man was nearing death. He said: I will narrate to you a hadith and I am only narrating it out of precaution. I heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that when one of you performs ablution well and then proceeds for prayer, then when he lifts his right foot, Allah writes down a good deed for him, and when he lifts his left foot, a sin is erased from him. Even if those steps are close together or far apart. And if he comes to the mosque and prays with the congregation, he is forgiven. If he comes to the mosque and some of the prayer has been offered and some remains, then he prays whatever he finds and completes the rest, then he is like them. And if he comes to the mosque and they have prayed, then he should pray his entire prayer.

(٥٠١١) سعید بن مسیب فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک انصاری شخص کو موت آئی۔ وہ کہنے لگا : میں تمہیں ایک حدیث بیان کرتا ہوں اور صرف احتیاط کی غرض سے بیان کرنے لگا ہوں : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی اچھی طرح وضو کرے، پھر نماز کی طرف نکلے تو جب وہ اپنا دایاں قدم اٹھاتا ہے تو اس کے عوض اللہ نیکی لکھ دیتے ہیں اور جب بایاں قدم اٹھاتا ہے تو اس کے بدلے ایک برائی ختم کردی جاتی ہے۔ اگرچہ وہ قدم قریب قریب رکھے یا دور دور اور اگر وہ مسجد میں آ کر جماعت کے ساتھ نماز پڑھ لے تو اس کو معاف کردیا جاتا ہے۔ اگر وہ مسجد آتا ہے اور کچھ حصہ نماز کا پڑھا جا چکا اور کچھ باقی تھا، پھر اس نے جتنی نماز پائی پڑھ لی اور باقی پوری کرلی تو وہ انہی کی طرح ہے اور اگر وہ مسجد آتا ہے اور انھوں نے نماز پڑھ لی ہے تو وہ اپنی پوری نماز پڑھ لے۔
(5011) Saeed bin Musayyab farmate hain ki aik Ansaari shakhs ko mout aai. Woh kehne laga: mein tumhein aik hadees bayaan karta hun aur sirf ehtiyath ki gharz se bayaan karne laga hun: mein ne Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna ki jab tum mein se koi acchi tarah wazu kare, phir namaz ki taraf nikle to jab woh apna daayan qadam uthata hai to uske awaz Allah neki likh dete hain aur jab baayan qadam uthata hai to uske badle aik burai khatam kar di jati hai. Agarche woh qadam qareeb qareeb rakhe ya door door aur agar woh masjid mein aa kar jamaat ke sath namaz parh le to usko maaf kar diya jata hai. Agar woh masjid aata hai aur kuch hissa namaz ka parh liya gaya aur kuch baqi tha, phir usne jitni namaz pai parh li aur baqi poori karli to woh unhi ki tarah hai aur agar woh masjid aata hai aur unhon ne namaz parh li hai to woh apni poori namaz parh le.
٥٠١١ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ،عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:حَضَرَ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ الْمَوْتُ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي مُحَدِّثُكُمْ حَدِيثًا مَا أُحَدِّثَكُمُوهُ إِلَّا احْتِسَابًا،سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ لَمْ يَرْفَعْ قَدَمَهُ الْيُمْنَى إِلَّا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَهُ حَسَنَةً، وَلَمْ يَضَعْ قَدَمَهُ الْيُسْرَى إِلَّا حَطَّ اللهُ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَةً، فَلْيُقَرِّبْ أَوْ لِيُبَعِّدْ، فَإِنْ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ فَصَلَّى فِي جَمَاعَةٍ غُفِرَ لَهُ، وَإِنْ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ وَقَدْ صَلُّوا بَعْضًا وَبَقِيَ بَعْضٌ صَلَّى مَا أَدْرَكَ وَأَتَمَّ مَا بَقِيَ كَانَ كَذَلِكَ فَإِنْ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ وَقَدْ صَلُّوا فَأَتَمَّ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَ كَذَلِكَ "
