Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5584
Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Jumu'ah is obligatory upon the one who hears the Adhan. Whoever hears the Adhan and does not come has disobeyed Allah." Sa'eed bin Jubair narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever hears the Adhan and does not respond to it (meaning he does not come for prayer), then there is no prayer for him."

(٥٥٨٤) عمرو بن شعیب اپنے باپ سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ بن عمرو (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جمعہ اس پر واجب ہے جو اذان کو سنتا ہے اور جو اذان سن کر نہیں آتا اس نے اللہ کی نافرمانی۔ سعید بن جبیر ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو اذان سن کر پھر اس کو قبول نہیں کرتا (یعنی نماز کے لیے نہیں آتا) اس کی کوئی نماز نہیں۔
(5584) Amr bin Shoaib apne baap se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain ki Abdullah bin Amr (RA) farmate hain ki juma is par wajib hai jo azan ko sunta hai aur jo azan sunkar nahin aata usne Allah ki nafarmani. Saeed bin Jubair Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat karte hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : jo azan sunkar phir us ko qubool nahin karta (yani namaz ke liye nahin aata) us ki koi namaz nahin.
٥٥٨٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ، فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ ". تَابَعَهُ قُرَادٌ أَبُو نُوحٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ فِي رَفْعِهِ وَقَدْ مَضَى ذِكْرُهُ، وَخَالَفَهُمَا غَيْرُهُمَا مِنَ الثِّقَاتِ
