Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5804
(5804) Yunus asked Ibn Shihab about the Friday sermon of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Ibn Shihab said: All praise is for Allah, we praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Him from the evil of our souls. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can misguide him, and whomsoever He misguides, none can guide him. And I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship but Allah, and that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is His servant and Messenger. He sent him before the Day of Resurrection, as a bringer of warning, a giver of glad tidings, and a caller to Allah by His permission. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, has indeed achieved guidance, and whoever disobeys them both has gone astray. We ask Allah to make us among those who obey You and obey Your Messenger, seek Your pleasure and avoid Your displeasure. We obey You and Your Messenger. Ibn Shihab said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say in his sermon: “What is coming near is not far, and what is far is not near. Allah hastens not His matter for anyone's haste, and He encompasses not the deeds of the people as He wills, not as they will. Allah wills a thing and the people will another, but what Allah wills comes to pass, even though the people dislike it. Whomsoever Allah brings near, none can send him far, and whomsoever Allah sends far, none can bring him near. No work is done except by the permission of Allah.” Ibn Shihab said: Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say in his sermon: “Successful is he who is saved from (the evil of his) desires, greed and anger. There is no good but the truth. Whoever lies commits a sin, and sin leads to destruction. Avoid sin. A wicked man was created from dust, and to it, he will return. He is alive today and will be dead tomorrow, so do the deeds of every day. Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, and count yourself among the dead."

(٥٨٠٤) یونس نے ابن شہاب سے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے جمعہ کے خطبہ کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو ابن شہاب نے فرمایا : تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں ہم اس کی حمد بیان کرتے ہیں اور اسی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں اور اسی سے استغفار کرتے ہیں۔ ہم اس کی پناہ میں آتے ہیں نفس کی شرارتوں سے ۔ جس کو اللہ ہدایت دے اس کو کوئی گمراہ کرنے والا نہیں اور جس کو وہ گمراہ کردے اسے کوئی ہدایت دینے والا نہیں اور میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اللہ کے بندے اور رسول ہیں۔ قیامت سے پہلے ان کو ڈرانے والا، خوشخبری سنانے والا، بنا کر بھیجا ہے۔ جو اللہ اور رسول کی اطاعت کرے گا ۔ اس نے ہدایت پائی اور جس نے ان دونوں کی نافرمانی کی وہ گمراہ ہوا۔ ہم اللہ سے سوال کرتے ہیں کہ ہمیں ان میں سے بنا جو تیری فرمان برداری کرنے والے ہوں اور تیرے رسول کی اطاعت کرنے والے ہوں ، ان کی رضا کو تلاش کریں اور ناراضگی سے بچیں۔ ہم تیری اور تیرے رسول کی تابعداری کرتے ہیں۔ ابن شھاب فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خطبہ ارشاد فرماتے :” جو چیز قریب آنے والی ہے وہ دور نہیں ہے۔ کسی کی جلدی کی وجہ سے اللہ اس کو جلدی نہیں کرتا اور وہ لوگوں کے کاموں کو بھی اتنا گھیرتا ہے جتنا چاہتا ہے، لوگوں کی چاہت کے موافق نہیں۔ اللہ کچھ چاہتا ہے اور لوگ کچھ ۔ ہوتا وہی ہے جو خدا چاہتا ہے۔ اگرچہ لوگ ناپسند ہی کیوں نہ کریں۔ جس کو اللہ قریب کر دے اسے دور کرنے والا کوئی نہیں اور جس کو اللہ دور کر دے اس کو قریب کرنے والا کوئی نہیں۔ کوئی کام اللہ کی اجازت کے بغیر نہیں ہوتا “ ابن شہاب فرماتے ہیں : حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) اپنے خطبہ میں فرماتے تھے : کامیاب وہ ہے جو خواہشات ، لالچ اور غصہ سے محفوظ کیا گیا۔ سچی بات کے علاوہ کوئی بھلائی نہیں۔ جو جھوٹ بولتا ہے گناہ کرتا ہے اور گناہ ہلاک کردیتا ہے۔ گناہ سے بچو۔ فاجر آدمی مٹی سے پیدا ہوا اس میں واپس چلا جائے گا۔ وہ آج زندہ ہے اور کل مردہ اور روزانہ کے عمل کرو۔ مظلوم کی بد دعا سے بچو اور اپنے آپ کو مردوں سے شمار کرو۔
(5804) Younus ne Ibn Shahab se Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke Jumma ke khutba ke baare mein sawal kiya to Ibn Shahab ne farmaya: Tamam tareefain Allah ke liye hain hum us ki hamd bayan karte hain aur usi se madad mangte hain aur usi se istighfar karte hain. Hum us ki panaah mein aate hain nafs ki shararton se. Jis ko Allah hidayat de us ko koi gumrah karne wala nahin aur jis ko woh gumrah karde use koi hidayat dene wala nahin aur mein gawahi deta hun ke Allah ke siwa koi mabood nahin aur Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Allah ke bande aur rasool hain. Qayamat se pehle in ko darane wala, khushkhabri sunane wala, bana kar bheja hai. Jo Allah aur rasool ki itaat kare ga. Us ne hidayat paai aur jis ne in donon ki nafarmani ki woh gumrah hua. Hum Allah se sawal karte hain ke humein in mein se bana jo teri farman bardari karne wale hon aur tere rasool ki itaat karne wale hon, in ki raza ko talash karen aur narazgi se bachein. Hum teri aur tere rasool ki tabedari karte hain. Ibn Shahab farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) khutba irshad farmate: "Jo cheez qareeb aane wali hai woh door nahin hai. Kisi ki jaldi ki wajah se Allah us ko jaldi nahin karta aur woh logon ke kaamon ko bhi utna gherta hai jitna chahta hai, logon ki chahat ke mutabiq nahin. Allah kuch chahta hai aur log kuch. Hota wahi hai jo Khuda chahta hai. Agarche log napasand hi kyon na karen. Jis ko Allah qareeb kar de use door karne wala koi nahin aur jis ko Allah door kar de us ko qareeb karne wala koi nahin. Koi kaam Allah ki ijazat ke baghair nahin hota" Ibn Shahab farmate hain: Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RaziAllahu Anhu) apne khutba mein farmate the: Kamyab woh hai jo khwahishat, lalach aur ghussa se mehfooz kiya gaya. Sachi baat ke alawa koi bhalai nahin. Jo jhoot bolta hai gunah karta hai aur gunah halak karta hai. Gunah se bacho. Fajir aadmi mitti se paida hua us mein wapas chala jayega. Woh aaj zinda hai aur kal murda aur rozana ke amal karo. Mazloom ki bad dua se bacho aur apne aap ko murdon se shumar karo.
٥٨٠٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ،أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ عَنْ تَشَهُّدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ:" إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ نَحْمَدُهُ وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ، وَنَعُوذُ بِهِ مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا، مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللهُ فَلَا مُضِلَّ لَهُ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَرْسَلَهُ بِالْحَقِّ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ، مَنْ يُطِعِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ رَشَدَ، وَمَنْ يَعْصِهِمَا فَقَدْ غَوَى، نَسْأَلُ اللهَ رَبَّنَا أَنْ يَجْعَلَنَا مِمَّنْ يُطِيعُهُ وَيُطِيعُ رَسُولَهُ، وَيَتَّبِعُ رِضْوَانَهُ، وَيَجْتَنِبُ سَخَطَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا نَحْنُ بِهِ وَلَهُ "
