Chapter: Those Who Say: Takbeer Is Performed After the Dhuhr Prayer on the Day of Sacrifice Until the Takbeer After the Fajr Prayer on the Last Day of Tashreeq; This is Based on the Fact that the People of the Cities Follow the Pilgrims in Mina Who Chant
باب من قال: يكبر في الأضحى خلف صلاة الظهر من يوم النحر إلى أن يكبر خلف صلاة الصبح من آخر أيام التشريق، ثم يقطع استدلالا بأن أهل الأمصار تبع لأهل منى والحاج ذكره التلبية حتى يرمي جمرة العقبة يوم النحر ثم يكون ذكره التكبير

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 6266
Khalid said: I met Abu Malih. I asked him and he narrated from the Prophet (ﷺ) that the days of Tashreeq are the days of eating, drinking, and the remembrance of Allah.

(٦٢٦٦) خالد کہتے ہیں کہ میں ابو ملیح سے ملا، میں نے ان سے سوال کیا تو انھوں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل کیا کہ ایام تشریق کھانے، پینے اور اللہ کے ذکر کے دن ہیں۔
6266 Khalid kahte hain ke main Abu Malih se mila, maine unse sawal kiya to unhon ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal kiya ke Ayaam e Tashreeq khane, pine aur Allah ke zikr ke din hain.
٦٢٦٦ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ،عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ نُبَيْشَةَ،قَالَ خَالِدٌ:فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا مَلِيحٍ فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِ،فَذَكَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرِ اللهِ". ⦗٤٣٧⦘ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ
