Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 6625
Abdullah bin Harith narrated that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) washed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was wearing a shirt, and Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) had a piece of cloth in his hand with which he was cleaning underneath the clothes.

(٦٦٢٥) عبداللہ بن حارث بیان کرتے ہیں کہ علی (رض) نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو غسل دیا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر قمیض تھی اور علی (رض) کے ہاتھ میں کپڑے کا ٹکڑا تھا جس کے ساتھ کپڑے کے نیچے سے صفائی کر رہے تھے۔

٦٦٢٥ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ:أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ،" غَسَّلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَمِيصٌ، وَبِيَدِ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ خِرْقَةٌ يُتْبِعُ بِهَا تَحْتَ الْقَمِيصِ "
