Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7035
Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and other wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Bring the body of Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) to us." So they brought him to the mosque and the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered his funeral prayer while standing in their rooms. Then it reached Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that some people objected to it and said that it was an innovation because the funeral prayer was not offered in the mosque. So Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "How quickly people have found fault in something about which they have no knowledge. They found fault with us for bringing the body of Sa'd to the mosque. Did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) not offer the funeral prayer of Suhail bin Bayda (may Allah be pleased with him) in the mosque?"

(٧٠٣٥) عبداللہ بن زبیر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ سیدہ عائشہ (رض) اور دیگر ازواج نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا کہ سعد بن ابی وقاص کے جنازے کو ہمارے پاس لایا جائے تو وہ مسجد میں لائے گئے اور ازواجِ نبی نے حجروں پر کھڑے ہو کر ان کا جنازہ پڑھا ، پھر سیدہ کو یہ بات پہنچی کہ کچھ لوگوں نے اس پر اعتراض کیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ یہ بدعت ہے کیونکہ جنازہ مسجد میں نہیں لایا جاتا تھا تو سیدہ عائشہ (رض) نے فرمایا : لوگوں نے کتنی جلدی ایسی بات پر عیب لگایا ہے جس کا انھیں علم نہیں۔ انھوں نے اس لیے عیب لگایا کہ ہم نے سعد کے جنازے کو مسجد میں بلایا ہے۔ کیا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سھیل بن بیضا (رض) کا جنازہ مسجد میں نہیں پڑھا تھا !
(7035) Abdullah bin Zubair (Razi Allahu Anhu) farmate hain ke Sayyidah Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) aur digar azwaj e Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kaha ke Saad bin Abi Waqas ke janaze ko humare paas laya jaye to woh masjid mein laye gaye aur azwaj e Nabi ne hujron par kharay hokar unka janaza parha, phir Sayyidah ko yeh baat pahunchi ke kuch logon ne is par aitraz kiya hai aur kaha hai ke yeh biddat hai kyunki janaza masjid mein nahi laya jata tha to Sayyidah Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) ne farmaya: Logon ne kitni jaldi aisi baat par aib lagaya hai jis ka unhein ilm nahi. Unhon ne is liye aib lagaya hai ke humne Saad ke janaze ko masjid mein bulaya hai. Kya Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Suhail bin Baida (Razi Allahu Anhu) ka janaza masjid mein nahi parha tha!.
٧٠٣٥ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أنبأ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا ابْنُ عُثْمَانَ يَعْنِي عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أنبأ مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، أَنَّ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ وَبَعْضَ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرَضِيَ عَنْهُنَّ أَمَرْنَ بِجِنَازَةِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنْ يُمَرَّ بِهَا عَلَيْهِنَّ، فَمُرَّ بِهِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَجُعِلَ يُوقَفُ عَلَى الْحُجَرِ فَيُصَلِّينَ عَلَيْهِ،ثُمَّ بَلَغَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ بَعْضَ النَّاسِ عَابَ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ:هَذِهِ بِدْعَةٌ مَا كَانَتِ الْجِنَازَةُ تَدْخُلُ الْمَسْجِدَ،فَقَالَتْ:" مَا أَسْرَعَ النَّاسَ إِلَى أَنْ يَعِيبُوا مَا لَا عِلْمَ لَهُمْ بِهِ، عَابُوا عَلَيْنَا أَنْ دَعَوْنَا بِجِنَازَةِ سَعْدٍ تَدْخُلُ الْمَسْجِدَ، وَمَا صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى سُهَيْلِ بْنِ بَيْضَاءَ إِلَّا فِي جَوْفِ الْمَسْجِدِ "وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَيْضًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ وُهَيْبٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ
