Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7105
Umm 'Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: We pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he said: (Do not associate anything with Allah.) And he forbade us to wail. A woman then withdrew her hand and said: O Messenger of Allah! So and so did good to me so I wanted to repay her for it. But he (the Holy Prophet) did not say anything to her. She went away, then she came back and gave the pledge. She said: Among us Umm Sulaym (the mother of 'Anas), Umm 'Ulayy, and the daughter of Abi Sabrah, the wife of Mu'adh, or he said: The daughter of Abi Sabrah and the wife of Mu'adh, fulfilled this pledge. Imam Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih from Musaddad in a similar way. In it, it is not mentioned that she made an exception for what she intended, but rather it says that they did not give the pledge until they went back and gave the pledge.

(٧١٠٥) ام عطیہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ ہم نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بیعت کی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : (لاَ تُشْرِکْنَ بِاللَّہِ شَیْئاً ) اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں نوحہ کرنے سے منع کیا تو ایک عورت نے اپنا ہاتھ پیچھے کرلیا اور وہ کہنے لگی : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! فلاں عورت نے میرے ساتھ بھلائی کی سو میں اسے بدلہ دینا چاہتی ہوں تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اسے کچھ بھی نہ کہا۔ وہ چلی گئی، پھر وہ واپس آئی اور بیعت کی ۔ فرماتی ہیں : ہم میں سے ام سلیم ‘ ام علاء ‘ اور ابی سبرہ کی بیٹی معاذ کی بیوی یا فرمایا : ابی سبرہ کی بیٹی اور معاذ کی بیوی نے اس عہد کو پورا کیا۔ امام بخاری نے اپنی صحیح میں مسدد سے اسی طرح نقل کیا ہے، اس میں یہ نہیں کہ اس نے اس کا استثناء کیا جو اس کا ارادہ تھا، بلکہ اس میں یہ ہے کہ انھوں نے جو اب نہ دیا حتیٰ کہ واپس پلٹیں اور بیعت کی۔
(7105) Umme Atiya (Razi Allah Anha) farmati hain ke humne Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki bai'at ki to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: (La tushrikan billah shai'an) aur aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne humein nouha karne se mana kiya to ek aurat ne apna hath peeche kar liya aur wo kahne lagi: Aye Allah ke Rasool ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! Fulan aurat ne mere sath bhalayi ki so main use badla dena chahti hun to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne use kuchh bhi na kaha. Wo chali gayi, phir wo wapas aayi aur bai'at ki. Farmati hain: Hum mein se Umm-e-Sulaim, Umme Ala, aur Abi Sabra ki beti Moaz ki biwi ya farmaya: Abi Sabra ki beti aur Moaz ki biwi ne is ahd ko poora kiya. Imam Bukhari ne apni Sahih mein Musaddad se isi tarah naqal kiya hai, is mein ye nahin ke usne iska istasna kiya jo uska irada tha, balke is mein ye hai ke unhon ne jo ab na diya hatta ke wapas paltein aur bai'at ki.
٧١٠٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا تَمْتَامٌ، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ،قَالَتْ:بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" لَا تُشْرِكْنَ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا "وَنَهَانَا عَنِ النِّيَاحَةِ فَقَبَضَتِ امْرَأَةٌ يَدَهَا فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ فُلَانَةً أَسْعَدَتْنِي وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَجْزِيَهَا فَلَمْ يَقُلْ شَيْئًا فَذَهَبَتْ،ثُمَّ رَجَعَتْ يَعْنِي فَبَايَعَهَا قَالَتْ:فَمَا وَفَّتْ مِنَّا امْرَأَةٌ إِلَّا أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ، وَأُمُّ الْعَلَاءِ، وَابْنَةُ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ امْرَأَةُ مُعَاذٍ أَوِ ابْنَةُ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ، وَامْرَأَةُ مُعَاذٍ. ⦗١٠٣⦘ رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُسَدَّدٍ هَكَذَا وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ أَنَّهُ اسْتَثْنَى لَهَا مَا أَرَادَتْ بَلْ فِيهِ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُجِبْهَا إِلَى ذَلِكَ حَتَّى رَجَعَتْ فَبَايَعَهَا
