Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7537
In a narration from Imam Shafi'i, it is stated that he narrates from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Then they do not pay Zakat on it."
Grade: Da'if
امام شافعی کی ایک روایت میں ہے کہ وہ ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے فرمایا : پھر وہ اس میں زکوۃ نہیں نکالتے۔
imam shafai ki aik riwayat mein hai keh woh ibn umar (rz) se naql farmate hain keh unhon ne farmaya : phir woh is mein zakat nahin nikalte.
٧٥٣٧ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي،وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ،قَالَ:قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَكَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَيُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ،أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أنَّهُ قَالَ:" لَيْسَ فِي الْحُلِيِّ زَكَاةٌ "
