Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8164
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he was on a journey with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Those who were fasting would fast, and those who were not fasting would break their fast. But no one who was fasting criticized those who were not fasting, nor did anyone who was not fasting criticize those who were fasting.

(٨١٦٤) جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ وہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ سفر میں تھے ۔ روزہ رکھنے والا روزہ رکھتا اور مفطر افطار کرتا۔ لیکن کوئی صائم مفطر پر عیب نہ لگاتا اور نہ کوئی افطار کرنے والا روزے دار پر عیب لگاتا۔
8164 Jaber bin Abdullah (RA) se riwayat hai ki woh Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath safar mein the. Rozah rakhne wala rozah rakhta aur muftar iftar karta. Lekin koi saim muftar per aib na lagata aur na koi iftar karne wala rozedar per aib lagata.
٨١٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا،عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مَعَهُ فِي سَفَرٍ:يَصُومُ الصَّائِمُ وَيُفْطِرُ الْمُفْطِرُ، لَا يَعِيبُ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ، وَلَا الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْأَشْعَثِيِّ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ
