Shaddad bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when eighteen nights of Ramadan had passed. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw a man who was having cupping done, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The cupper and the one who has cupping done have both broken their fast.”

(٨٢٨٣) شداد بن اوس (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ گزرا جب رمضان کی اٹھارہ راتیں گزرچکی تھیں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک آدمی کو دیکھا جو سنگی لگوا رہا تھا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : حاجم ومحجوم نے افطار کرلیا۔

٨٢٨٣ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ الرَّحَبِيِّ،عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ:مَرَرْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَأَبْصَرَ رَجُلًا يَحْتَجِمُ،فَقَالَ:" أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ "⦗٤٤٣⦘٨٢٨٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْهَرِيُّ،ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ:قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ: مَا رَأَى الْحَدِيثَيْنِ إِلَّا صَحِيحَيْنِ،وَقَدْ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَبُو أَسْمَاءَ سَمِعَهُ مِنْهُمَا قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَحْمَدُ:وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ
