Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8306
(8306) It is narrated on the authority of Sa'id bin 'Isa (may Allah be pleased with him) from his chain of narrators, that he heard Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), saying: "A fasting person should not chew anything bitter."

(٨٣٠٦) سعید بن عیسیٰ (رض) اپنی داری سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بیوی اُم حبیب (رض) سے سنا ، وہ کہتی تھی کہ روزے دار کسی کڑوی چیز کو نہ چبائے۔
(8306) Saeed bin Isa (Razi Allah Anhu) apni dari se bayan karte hain ke unhon ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) biwi Umme Habibah (Razi Allah Anha) se suna, woh kehti thi ke rozaydaar kisi karwi cheez ko na chabaye.
٨٣٠٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ،زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَقُولُ:" لَا يُمْضَغُ الْعِلْكُ لِلصَّائِمِ "⦗٤٤٨⦘ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: جَدَّتُهُ أُمُّ الرَّبِيعِ وَالْحَدِيثُ مَوْقُوفٌ
