Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8550
Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out to us and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wanted to inform us about Laylat al-Qadr, but two men from among the Muslims were quarreling, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I came out to inform you about Laylat al-Qadr." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "But it has been lifted up because of the quarreling of so-and-so. Perhaps that is better for you. Seek it in the last ten nights, on the fifth or the seventh or the ninth."

(٨٥٥٠) عبادہ بن صامت (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ہماری طرف رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نکلے اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) لیلۃ القدر کے متعلق آگاہ کرنا چاہتے تھے مگر مسلمانوں میں سے دو آدمی جھگڑا کررہے تھے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں تمہاری طرف نکلا تاکہ تمہیں بھی آگاہ کروں لیلۃ القدر کے بارے میں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : فلاں فلاں کے جھگڑے کی وجہ سے اسے اٹھا لیا گیا ۔ ہوسکتا ہے اس میں بہتری ہو۔ اسے آخری عشرے میں تلاش کرو پانچ سات یا نو میں۔
8550 Ubadah bin Samat (Razi Allah Anhu) bayan karte hain ki hamari taraf Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) nikle aur aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Lailatul Qadr ke mutalliq aagah karna chahte the magar Musalmanon mein se do aadmi jhagda kar rahe the to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Main tumhari taraf nikla taake tumhen bhi aagah karoon Lailatul Qadr ke bare mein. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Falaan falaan ke jhagde ki wajah se use utha liya gaya. Ho sakta hai is mein behtari ho. Use aakhri ashre mein talash karo paanch saat ya nau mein.
٨٥٥٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُحَمَّدَ آبَاذِيُّ، أنبأ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّعْدِيُّ، أنبأ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثنا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ،قَالَ:خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُخْبِرَنَا بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَتَلَاحَى رَجُلَانِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ،فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنِّي خَرَجْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُخْبِرَكُمْ بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَكَانَ بَيْنَ فُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ لِحَاءٌ، فَرُفِعَتْ وَعَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ خَيْرًا فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ وَالسَّابِعَةِ وَالتَّاسِعَةِ "أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ
