Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8622

Our master Abu Waqid al-Laythi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, saying to his pure wives: “This is it, then it will be the backs of mats.” The Shaykh (scholar) says: The Hajj of Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and other Mothers of the Believers after the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) indicates that what is meant by this narration is that Hajj is obligatory upon them once, just as it is stated that Hajj is obligatory upon men once, and there is no obligation beyond that. (And Allah knows best).

(٨٦٢٢) سیدنا ابو واقد لیثی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا وہ اپنی ازواج مطہرات کو فرما رہے تھے کہ یہ ہے، پھر چٹائیوں کی پشت ہوگی۔ شیخ صاحب فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے بعد سیدہ عائشہ (رض) اور دیگر امہات المومنین کے حج میں اس پر دلالت ہے کہ اس خبر سے مراد ان پر ایک مرتبہ حج کا فرض ہونا ہے جیسا کہ مردوں پر ایک مرتبہ حج کے وجوب کو بیان کیا ہے ، اس سے زائد پر پابندی نہیں ہے۔ (واللہ اعلم)

(8622) Sayidna Abu Waqid Laythi (RA) farmate hain ki maine Hajjatal Wida ke mauqe par Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna woh apni azwaj mutahirat ko farma rahe the ki ye hai, phir chataiyon ki pusht hogi. Sheikh sahib farmate hain : Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke baad Sayyida Ayesha (RA) aur digar ummahaatul momineen ke Hajj mein is par dalalat hai ki is khabar se murad un par ek martaba Hajj ka farz hona hai jaisa ki mardon par ek martaba Hajj ke wujoob ko bayan kiya hai, is se zaid par pabandhi nahi hai. (Wallahu A'lam).

٨٦٢٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ جَمِيعًا،قَالَا:ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ،قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لِأَزْوَاجِهِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ" هَذِهِ ثُمَّ ظُهُورُ الْحُصْرِ "قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: فِي حَجِّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا وَغَيْرِهَا مِنْ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُنَّ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُرَادَ مِنْ هَذَا الْخَبَرِ وُجُوبُ الْحَجِّ عَلَيْهِنَّ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً كَمَا بَيَّنَ وُجُوبَهُ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ مَرَّةً لَا الْمَنْعُ مِنَ الزِّيَادَةِ عَلَيْهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
