Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8805
Aisha (RA) narrated that they set out with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and they only intended Hajj. When they reached Sarif, she began menstruating. The Prophet (PBUH) came to her while she was crying. He (PBUH) asked, "What makes you cry?" She replied, "By Allah! I wish I hadn't intended Hajj this year." He (PBUH) asked, "Perhaps you have started menstruating?" She replied, "Yes." He (PBUH) said, "This is something that Allah has decreed for the daughters of Adam. So, do everything that the pilgrims do, except do not circumambulate the Ka'bah until you are purified." When they reached Makkah, he (PBUH) told his companions, "Make it an 'Umrah." She said that all the people ended their state of Ihram except those who had sacrificial animals. She added, "They continued saying the Talbiyah of Hajj until the day of sacrifice. When I became purified, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sent me, and I performed the Tawaf-al-Ifadah (circumambulation of the Ka'bah after Hajj)." She further said, "Beef was brought to us. I asked, 'What is this?' They said, 'The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) has offered a cow as a sacrifice on behalf of his wives.'" She narrated, "On the night of al-Mash'ar al-Haram (the night before the Day of Arafat), I said to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), 'The people will return having performed both Hajj and 'Umrah, and I will return having performed only Hajj?'" So, he (PBUH) commanded Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr to take her behind him on his camel. She remembered, "I was a young girl at that time, and my face was towards the rear of the camel, until we reached Tan'im. There I said the Talbiyah of 'Umrah, replacing the one that the people had performed earlier."

(٨٨٠٥) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نکلے اور ہم صرف حج ہی کو جانتے تھے تو جب ہم سرف کے مقام پر پہنچے تو میں حائضہ ہوگئی ۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھ پر داخل ہوئے اور میں رو رہی تھی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پوچھا : تجھے کیا چیز رلاتی ہے ؟ میں نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم ! میں تو چاہتی ہوں کہ اس سال میں حج نہ کروں، آپ نے پوچھا : شاید تو حائضہ ہوگئی ہے، میں نے کہا : جی ہاں ! آپ نے فرمایا : یہ ایسی چیز ہے جس کو اللہ نے بنات آدم پر مقرر کر رکھا ہے تو وہ سب کچھ کر جو حاجی کرتے ہیں ، لیکن طہارت سے پہلے بیت اللہ کا طواف نہ کرنا۔ جب ہم مکہ آئے تو آپ نے اپنے ساتھیوں سے کہا : اس کو عمرہ بنا لو۔ فرماتی ہیں کہ سارے لوگ ہی حلال ہوگئے مگر جس کے پاس قربانی تھی۔ کہتی ہیں : وہ حج کا تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے چلے حتیٰ کہ جب قربانی کا دن تھا، میں پاک ہوگئی تو مجھے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بھیجا ، میں نے طواف افاضہ کیا۔ فرماتی ہیں : ہمارے پاس گائے کا گوشت لایا گیا تو میں نے کہا : یہ کیا ہے ؟ انھوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنی بیویوں کی طرف سے گائے کی قربانی دی ہے، فرماتی ہیں : میں نے حصبہ والی رات رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو کہا : لوگ حج اور عمرہ کر کے جائیں گے اور میں صرف حج کر کے لوٹ جاؤں ؟ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عبدالرحمن بن ابی بکر کو حکم دیا، اس نے مجھے اپنے اونٹ پر پیچھے بٹھایا اور مجھے یاد ہے میں نو عمر لڑکی تھی، میرا چہرہ کجاوے کے پچھلی طرف تھا، حتیٰ کہ ہم تنعیم آئے، میں نے وہاں عمرہ کا تلبیہ کہا، اس عمرہ کی جگہ جو لوگ پہلے کرچکے تھے۔
(8805) Syeda Ayesha (Raz) farmati hain keh hum Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath nikle aur hum sirf Hajj hi ko jante thy to jab hum Saraf ke maqam par pahunche to main haiza hogayi. Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) mujh par dakhil huye aur main ro rahi thi to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne poocha: Tujhe kya cheez rulati hai? Maine kaha: Allah ki qasam! Main to chahti hoon keh is saal main Hajj na karoon, aap ne poocha: Shayad tu haiza hogayi hai, maine kaha: Jee haan! Aap ne farmaya: Yeh aisi cheez hai jisko Allah ne banat Adam par muqarrar kar rakha hai to woh sab kuchh kar jo Haji karte hain, lekin taharat se pehle Baitullah ka tawaf na karna. Jab hum Makkah aaye to aap ne apne sathiyon se kaha: Isko Umrah bana lo. Farmati hain keh sare log hi halal hogaye magar jis ke pass qurbani thi. Kehti hain: Woh Hajj ka talbiyah kehte huye chale hatya ke jab qurbani ka din tha, main pak hogayi to mujhe Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne bheja, maine tawaf efaza kiya. Farmati hain: Humare pass gaye ka gosht laya gaya to maine kaha: Yeh kya hai? Unhon ne kaha keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apni biwiyon ki taraf se gaye ki qurbani di hai, farmai hain: Maine Hasba wali raat Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko kaha: Log Hajj aur Umrah kar ke jayenge aur main sirf Hajj kar ke laut jaon? To aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Abdul Rahman bin Abi Bakr ko hukm diya, usne mujhe apne unt par peeche bithaya aur mujhe yaad hai main nau umar ladki thi, mera chehra kajaway ke pichli taraf tha, hatya ke hum Tan'eem aaye, maine wahan Umrah ka talbiyah kaha, is umrah ki jagah jo log pehle kar chuke thy.
٨٨٠٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ:خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلَا نَذْكُرُ إِلَّا الْحَجَّ، فَلَمَّا جِئْنَا سَرِفَ طَمِثْتُ،قَالَتْ:فَدَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا أَبْكِي،قَالَ:" مَا يُبْكِيكِ؟ "،قَالَتْ:فَقُلْتُ: وَاللهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنْ لَا أَحُجَّ الْعَامَ،قَالَ:" فَلَعَلَّكِ نُفِسْتِ "،قَالَتْ:قُلْتُ نَعَمْ،قَالَ:" إِنَّ هَذَا شَيْءٌ كَتَبَهُ اللهُ عَلَى بَنَاتِ آدَمَ، فَافْعَلِي مَا يَفْعَلُ الْحَاجُّ غَيْرَ أَنْ لَا تَطُوفِي بِالْبَيْتِ حَتَّى تَطْهُرِي "فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ:" اجْعَلُوهَا عُمْرَةً "،قَالَتْ:فَحَلَّ النَّاسُ إِلَّا مَنْ ⦗٥⦘ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ قَالَتْ: وَكَانَ الْهَدْيُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، وَذِي الْيَسَارَةِ،قَالَتْ:ثُمَّ رَاحُوا مُهِلِّينَ بِالْحَجِّ قَالَتْ: فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ طَهُرْتُ، فَأَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَفَضْتُ،قَالَتْ:وَأُتِينَا بِلَحْمِ بَقَرٍ فَقُلْتُ: مَا هَذَا؟قَالُوا:أَهْدَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وآله وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نِسَائِهِ الْبَقَرَ،قَالَتْ:فَلَمَّا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: يَرْجِعُ النَّاسُ بِحَجَّةٍ،وَعُمْرَةٍ وَأَرْجِعُ بِحَجَّةٍ قَالَتْ:فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، فَأَرْدَفَنِي عَلَى جِمْلِهِ،قَالَتْ:فَإِنِّي لَأَذْكُرُ وَأَنَا جَارِيَةٌ حدِيثَةُ السِّنِّ، فَيَطْرِفُ وَجْهِي مُؤْخِرَةَ الرَّحْلِ، حَتَّى أَتَى التَّنْعِيمَ، فَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ جَزَاءَ الْعُمْرَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ الَّتِي اعْتَمَرُوا، أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْمَاجِشُونِ
