Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9941
Abdullah bin Shamas said that I went to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and asked her about the meat of game, which a Halal (permissible) person gives as a gift to a Muhrim (person in the state of Ihram). She said that the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had different opinions on this matter. Some of them disliked it, while others saw nothing wrong with it, but there is no harm in it.

(٩٩٤١) عبداللہ بن شماس فرماتے ہیں کہ میں حضرت عائشہ (رض) کے پاس آیا اور شکار کے گوشت کے متعلق سوال کیا جو حلال محرم کو تحفہ دیتا ہے، تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے صحابہ کا اس میں اختلاف ہے۔ بعض تو ناپسند کرتے ہیں اور بعض اس میں کوئی حرج محسوس نہیں کرتے لیکن اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
9941 Abdullah bin Shamas farmate hain keh main Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) ke paas aaya aur shikar ke gosht ke mutalliq sawal kya jo halal muhrim ko tohfa deta hai, tou unhon ne farmaya keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sahaba ka is mein ikhtilaf hai. Baaz tou napasand karte hain aur baaz is mein koi harj mehsoos nahin karte lekin is mein koi harj nahin.
٩٩٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ عبَدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ،قَالَ:أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ لَحْمِ الصَّيْدِ يُهْدِيهِ الْحَلَالُ لِلْحَرَامِ فَقَالَتْ:" اخْتَلَفَ فِيهَا أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَكَرِهَه بَعْضُهُمْ، وَلَمْ يَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَأْسًا وَلَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ "
