Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 995
Nafi', the freed slave of Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated: I came along with Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) from Jurf. When we were at a place called Marbad, Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) dismounted and performed Tayammum with clean earth. He wiped his face and his hands up to the elbows with it and then he offered prayer.

(٩٩٥) عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) کے غلام نافع فرماتے ہیں کہ میں اور عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) جرف سے آئے ۔ جب ہم مربد جگہ میں تھے تو سیدناعبداللہ بن عمر (رض) اترے، پاک مٹی سے تیمم کیا اور اپنے چہرے اور ہاتھوں کا کہنیوں تک مسح کیا، پھر نماز ادا کی۔
