Sahih al-Bukhari 2723
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘no town-dweller should sell for a Bedouin. Do not practice Najsh (Do not offer a high price for a thing which you do not want to buy, to deceive the people). No Muslim should offer more for a thing already bought by his Muslim brother, nor should he demand the hand of a girl already engaged to another Muslim. A Muslim woman shall not try to bring about the divorce of her sister (another Muslim woman) to take her place herself.’
حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، وہ نبی ﷺ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ’’ کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا مال تجارت نہ فروخت کرے، نہ کوئی دوسرے کو دھوکا ہی دے، اپنے بھائی کی لگائی ہوئی قیمت پر بھاؤ زیادہ نہ کرے (جبکہ خریدنے کی نیت نہ ہو) اور نہ کوئی اپنے بھائی کی منگنی پر اس عورت کو اپنا پیغام نکاح ہی بھیجے اور نہ کوئی عورت کسی مرد سے اپنی بہن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ ہی کرےتاکہ سب کچھ اپنے برتن میں انڈیل لے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, woh Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan karte hain ke Aap ne farmaya: ''Koi shehri kisi dehati ka maal-e-tijarat na farokht kare, na koi doosre ko dhoka hi de, apne bhai ki lagayi hui qeemat par bhao zyada na kare (jabke khareedne ki niyat na ho) aur na koi apne bhai ki mangni par us aurat ko apna paigham-e-nikah hi bheje aur na koi aurat kisi mard se apni behen ki talaq ka mutaliba hi kare taake sab kuch apne bartan mein undail le.' '
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا ، وَلَا يَزِيدَنَّ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلَا يَخْطُبَنَّ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ ، وَلَا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَكْفِئَ إِنَاءَهَا .
