بَابُ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أُحِلَّتْ لَكُمُ الْغَنَائِمُ»

Sahih al-Bukhari 3124
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘a prophet amongst the prophets carried out a holy military expedition, so he said to his followers, 'anyone who has married a woman and wants to consummate the marriage, and has not done so yet, should not accompany me; nor should a man who has built a house but has not completed its roof; nor a man who has sheep or she camels and is waiting for the birth of their young ones.' So, the prophet carried out the expedition and when he reached that town at the time or nearly at the time of the `Asr prayer, he said to the sun, 'O sun, you are under Allah's Order and I am under Allah's Order. O Allah, stop it (the sun) from setting.' It was stopped till Allah made him victorious. Then he collected the booty, and the fire came to burn it, but it did not burn it. He said (to his men), 'some of you have stolen something from the booty. So, one man from every tribe should give me a pledge of allegiance by shaking hands with me.' (They did so and) the hand of a man got stuck over the hand of their prophet. Then that prophet said (to the man), ‘the theft has been committed by your people. So, all the persons of your tribe should give me the pledge of allegiance by shaking hands with me.' The hands of two or three men got stuck over the hand of their prophet and he said, ‘you have committed the theft.' Then they brought a head of gold like the head of a cow and put it there, and the fire came and consumed the booty. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) added, then Allah saw our weakness and disability, so he made booty legal for us.’
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’پہلے انبیاء ؑ میں سے ایک نبی نے جہاد کیا، تو انھوں نے اپنی قوم سے فرمایا کہ میرے ساتھ وہ شخص نہ جائے جس نے کسی عورت سے نکاح تو کیا ہولیکن ابھی تک رخصتی نہ ہوئی ہو جبکہ وہ رخصتی کا خواہاں ہو۔ اور نہ وہ شخص جائے جس نے گھر کی چار دیواری تو کی ہو لیکن ابھی تک چھت نہ ڈالی ہو۔ اور نہ وہ شخص ہی جائے جس نے حاملہ بکریاں اور اونٹنیاں خریدی ہوں اور وہ ان کے بچے جننے کا منتظر ہو۔ (یہ کہہ کر) پھر وہ جہاد کے لیے روانہ ہوئے اور ایک گاؤں کے قریب اس وقت پہنچے کہ عصر کا وقت قریب تھا یا ہوچکا تھا۔ انھوں نے آفتاب سے کہا: تو بھی اللہ کا محکوم ہے اور میں بھی اللہ کا تابع فرمان ہوں، پھر یوں دعا کی: اے اللہ! اسے ہمارے لیے غروب ہونے سے روک دے، چنانچہ اسے روک لیا گیا حتیٰ کہ اللہ نے ان کو فتح سے سرفراز فرمایا۔ پھر انھوں نے مال غنیمت کو اکھٹا کیا اور آگ آئی تاکہ اسے کھائے (بھسم کردے) لیکن آگ نے اسے نہ کھایا (نہ جلایا) اس (نبی ؑ) نے کہا کہ تم میں سے کسی نے خیانت کی ہے، لہذا اب ہر قبیلے کا ایک ایک شخص مجھ سے بیعت کرے، چنانچہ ایک شخص کا ہاتھ ان کے ہاتھ سے چپک گیا تو اس (نبی ؑ) نے فرمایا: تیرے قبیلے والوں نے چوری کی ہے۔ اب تمہارے قبیلے کے سب لوگ مجھ سے بیعت کریں۔ پھر دو یا تین آدمیوں کے ہاتھ ان کے ہاتھ سے چپک گئے۔ اس کے بعد نبی نے فرمایا کہ تم نے ہی خیانت کا ارتکاب کیا ہے، چنانچہ وہ سونے کا سرلائے جو گائے کے سرجیسا تھا۔ اس کو انھوں نے رکھا تو آگ نے آکر مال غنیمت کھالیا۔ پھر اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہمارے لیے مال غنیمت حلال کردیا۔ اس نے ہماری کم زوری اور عاجزی کو دیکھا اس لیے ہماری خاطر مال غنیمت کو حلال قراردے دیا۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Pehle Ambiya (Alaihimus Salam) mein se ek Nabi ne jihad kiya, to unhon ne apni qaum se farmaya ke mere sath woh shakhs na jaye jis ne kisi aurat se nikah to kiya ho lekin abhi tak rukhsati na hui ho jabke woh rukhsati ka khwahish-mand ho. Aur na woh shakhs jaye jis ne ghar ki chaar-diwari to ki ho lekin abhi tak chhat na daali ho. Aur na woh shakhs hi jaye jis ne hamla bakriyan aur oontniyan khareedi hon aur woh in ke bacche janne ka muntazir ho. (Ye keh kar) Phir woh jihad ke liye rawan hue aur ek gaon ke qareeb us waqt pahonche ke asar ka waqt qareeb tha ya ho chuka tha. Unhon ne aaftab se kaha: Tu bhi Allah ka mahkoom hai aur main bhi Allah ka tabe' farman hoon, phir yun dua ki: Ay Allah! Isay hamare liye ghuroob hone se rok de, chunancha isay rok liya gaya hatta ke Allah ne in ko fatah se sarfaraz farmaya. Phir unhon ne maal-e-ghanimat ko ikhatta kiya aur aag aayi taake isay khaye (bhasam kar de) lekin aag ne isay na khaya (na jalaya). Is (Nabi (Alaihis Salam)) ne kaha ke tum mein se kisi ne khayanat ki hai, lehaza ab har qabile ka ek ek shakhs mujh se bayat kare, chunancha ek shakhs ka hath un ke hath se chipak gaya to is (Nabi (Alaihis Salam)) ne farmaya: Tere qabile walon ne chori ki hai. Ab tumhare qabile ke sab log mujh se bayat karein. Phir do ya teen aadmiyon ke hath un ke hath se chipak gaye. Is ke baad Nabi ne farmaya ke tum ne hi khayanat ka irtekab kiya hai, chunancha woh sone ka sar laye jo gaye ke sar jaisa tha. Is ko unhon ne rakkha to aag ne aa kar maal-e-ghanimat kha liya. Phir Allah Ta'ala ne hamare liye maal-e-ghanimat halal kar diya. Us ne meri kamzori aur aajizi ko dekha is liye hamari khatir maal-e-ghanimat ko halal qarar de diya."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : غَزَا نَبِيٌّ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ ، فَقَالَ : لِقَوْمِهِ لَا يَتْبَعْنِي رَجُلٌ مَلَكَ بُضْعَ امْرَأَةٍ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَبْنِيَ بِهَا وَلَمَّا يَبْنِ بِهَا ، وَلَا أَحَدٌ بَنَى بُيُوتًا ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْ سُقُوفَهَا ، وَلَا أَحَدٌ اشْتَرَى غَنَمًا أَوْ خَلِفَاتٍ وَهُوَ يَنْتَظِرُ وِلَادَهَا فَغَزَا فَدَنَا مِنَ الْقَرْيَةِ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ ، فَقَالَ : لِلشَّمْسِ إِنَّكِ مَأْمُورَةٌ وَأَنَا مَأْمُورٌ ، اللَّهُمَّ احْبِسْهَا عَلَيْنَا فَحُبِسَتْ حَتَّى فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَجَمَعَ الْغَنَائِمَ ، فَجَاءَتْ يَعْنِي النَّارَ لِتَأْكُلَهَا فَلَمْ تَطْعَمْهَا ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ فِيكُمْ غُلُولًا فَلْيُبَايِعْنِي مِنْ كُلِّ قَبِيلَةٍ رَجُلٌ فَلَزِقَتْ يَدُ رَجُلٍ بِيَدِهِ ، فَقَالَ : فِيكُمُ الْغُلُولُ فَلْيُبَايِعْنِي قَبِيلَتُكَ فَلَزِقَتْ يَدُ رَجُلَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٍ بِيَدِهِ ، فَقَالَ : فِيكُمُ الْغُلُولُ فَجَاءُوا بِرَأْسٍ مِثْلِ رَأْسِ بَقَرَةٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ فَوَضَعُوهَا فَجَاءَتِ النَّارُ فَأَكَلَتْهَا ، ثُمَّ أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَنَا الْغَنَائِمَ رَأَى ضَعْفَنَا وَعَجْزَنَا فَأَحَلَّهَا لَنَا .
