Sahih al-Bukhari 3125
Aslam narrated that Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, ‘were it not for those Muslims who have not come to existence yet, I would have distributed (the land of) every town I conquer among the fighters as the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) distributed the land of Khaibar.’
حضرت اسلم ؓ سے روایت ہے، انھوں نے کہا کہ حضرت عمر ؓ نے فرمایا: اگر بعد میں آنے والے مسلمانوں کا مجھے خیال نہ ہوتا تو میں جو علاقہ فتح کرتا اس مجاہدین میں تقسیم کردیتا جس طرح نبی کریم ﷺ نے خیبر کو تقسیم کیا تھا۔
Hazrat Aslam (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Hazrat Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne farmaya: Agar baad mein aane wale musalmanon ka mujhe khayal na hota to main jo ilaqa fatah karta usay mujahideen mein taqseem kar deta jis tarah Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Khaibar ko taqseem kiya tha.
حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ لَوْلَا آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فَتَحْتُ قَرْيَةً إِلَّا قَسَمْتُهَا بَيْنَ أَهْلِهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ .
