بَابُ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ}

Sahih al-Bukhari 3495
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, The tribe of Quraish has precedence over the people in this connection (i.e the right of ruling). The Muslims follow the Muslims amongst them, and the infidels follow the infidels amongst them.
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓہی سے روایت ہےکہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’لوگ اس (حکومت کے) معاملے میں قریش کے تابع ہیں۔ عام مسلمان قریش مسلمانوں کے تابع ہیں جس طرح ان کے عام کفار قریش کفار کے تابع رہتے چلے آئے ہیں۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) hi se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Log is (hukoomat ke) maamle mein Quraish ke tabe' hain. Aam Musalman Quraish Musalmanon ke tabe' hain jis tarah un ke aam kuffar Quraish kuffar ke tabe' rehte chale aaye hain."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الشَّأْنِ مُسْلِمُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِمُسْلِمِهِمْ وَكَافِرُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِكَافِرِهِمْ .
