Sahih al-Bukhari 411
Narrated Abu Huraira and Abu Sa`id: Allah's Apostle saw some expectoration on the wall of the mosque; he took gravel and scraped it off and said, If anyone of you wanted to spit, he should neither spit in front of him nor on his right but could spit either on his left or under his left foot.
حضرت ابوہریرہ اور حضرت ابوسعید ؓ ہی سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مسجد کی دیوار پر بلغم لگا ہوا دیکھا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ایک سنگریزہ اٹھایا اور اسے صاف کر دیا، پھر فرمایا: ’’اگر کسی کو بلغم آءے تو وہ اسے سامنے کی جانب نہ تھوکے اور نہ دائیں جانب ڈالے بلکہ اپنی بائیں جانب یا اپنے بائیں پاؤں کے نیچے تھوکے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Huraira (Raziallahu Anhu) aur Hazrat Abu Saeed (Raziallahu Anhu) hi se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne masjid ki diwar par balgham laga hua dekha to Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ek sangreza uthaya aur उसे saaf kar diya, phir farmaya: "Agar kisi ko balgham aaye to woh use samne ki janib na thooke aur na dayen janib dale balki apni bayen janib ya apne bayen paon ke neeche thooke."
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَأَبَا سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَاهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى نُخَامَةً فِي حَائِطِ الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَتَنَاوَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَصَاةً فَحَتَّهَا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : إِذَا تَنَخَّمَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يَتَنَخَّمْ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ ، وَلَا عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ، وَلْيَبْصُقْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ الْيُسْرَى .
