Sahih al-Bukhari 4657
Humaid bin Abdur Rahman narrated that Abu Huraira (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہ) said that Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) sent him during the Hajj in which Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) was made the chief of the pilgrims by Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) before (the year of) Hajjat al-Wada` in a group (of announcers) to announce before the people; 'no pagan shall perform the Hajj after this year, and none shall perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba in a naked state’. Humaid used to say The Day of Nahr is the day of Al-Hajj Al-Akbar (the Greatest Day) because of the narration of Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه).
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے جس حج میں حضرت ابوبکر ؓ کو حجۃ الوداع سے پہلے امیر حج بنا کر بھیجا تھا، اس میں انہوں (حضرت ابوبکر ؓ) نے مجھے چند لوگوں میں روانہ کیا کہ وہ لوگوں میں اعلان کریں: ’’اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج نہ کرے اور نہ کوئی برہنہ شخص بیت اللہ کا طواف ہی کرے۔‘‘ (راوی حدیث) حضرت حمید، سیدنا ابوہریرہ ؓ سے مروی اس حدیث کی بنا پر کہا کرتے تھے کہ نحر کا دن حج اکبر کا دن ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne jis hajj mein Hazrat Abu Bakr (Radi Allahu Anhu) ko Hajjat-ul-Wada se pehle ameer-e-hajj bana kar bheja tha, is mein unhon (Hazrat Abu Bakr (Radi Allahu Anhu)) ne mujhe chand logon mein rawanah kiya ke woh logon mein ailan karen: ''Is saal ke baad koi mushrik hajj na kare aur na koi barahna shakhs Baitullah ka tawaf hi kare.'' (Rawi hadees) Hazrat Hameed, Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se marwi is hadees ki bina par kaha karte thay ke nahr ka din Hajj-e-Akbar ka din hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّ حُمَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ،أَخْبَرَهُ : أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، بَعَثَهُ فِي الْحَجَّةِ الَّتِي أَمَّرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فِي رَهْطٍ ، يُؤَذِّنُونَ فِي النَّاسِ ،أَنْ لَا يَحُجَّنَّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ ، وَلَا يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ ، فَكَانَ حُمَيْدٌ ، يَقُولُ : يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ ، مِنْ أَجْلِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ .
