The Statement of Allah the Exalted: "Verily! Those who brought forth the slander (against 'Aishah [May Allah be pleased with her] the wife of the Prophet pbuh) are a group among you." (V.24:11)

باب قَوْلِهِ {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ جَاءُوا بِالإِفْكِ عُصْبَةٌ مِنْكُمْ لاَ تَحْسِبُوهُ شَرًّا لَكُمْ بَلْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مِنْهُمْ مَا اكْتَسَبَ مِنَ الإِثْمِ وَالَّذِي تَوَلَّى كِبْرَهُ مِنْهُمْ لَهُ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ} أَفَّاكٌ كَذَّابٌ

Sahih al-Bukhari 4749
Narrated `Aisha: And as for him among them who had the greater share..' (24.11) was `Abdullah bin Ubai bin Salul.
حضرت عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے ﴿وَٱلَّذِى تَوَلَّىٰ كِبْرَهُ﴾ۥ کے متعلق فرمایا: اس سے مراد عبداللہ بن ابی ابن سلول ہے (جس نے اس بہتان طرازی میں سب سے بڑھ کر حصہ لیا تھا)۔
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai, unhon ne Wallazee tawalla kibrahu ke mutaliq farmaya: Is se murad Abdullah bin Ubayy ibn Salool hai (jis ne is bohtan tarazi mein sab se barh kar hissa liya tha).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، وَالَّذِي تَوَلَّى كِبْرَهُ سورة النور آية 11 ، قَالَتْ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أُبَيٍّ ابْنُ سَلُولَ .
