بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيرًا}

Sahih al-Bukhari 5201
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah’s Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) took an oath that he would not visit his wives for one month, and he sat in an upper room belonging to him. Then, on the twenty ninth day he came down. It was said, ‘O Allah’s Prophet (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم), you had taken an oath not to visit your wives for one month.’ He said, ‘the (present) month is of twenty-nine days.’
سیدنا انس ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے قسم اٹھائی کہ ایک ماہ تک اپنی بیویوں کے پاس جائیں گے، چنانچہ آپ اپنے بالا خانہ میں گوشہ نشین ہو گئے۔ پھر انتیس دن کے بعد ینچے آئے تو آپ سے عرض کی گئی: اللہ کے رسول! آپ نے ایک ماہ کی قسم اٹھائی تھی؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”بے شک مہینہ انتیس دن کا بھی ہوتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Anas (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha: Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne qasam uthai ke ek mah tak apni biwiyon ke paas jayein ge, chunanche aap apne bala-khana mein gousha-nasheen ho gaye. Phir untees din ke baad neeche aaye to aap se arz ki gayi: Allah ke Rasool! Aap ne ek mah ki qasam uthai thi? Aap ne farmaya: "Beshak mahina untees din ka bhi hota hai."
حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : آلَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ شَهْرًا وَقَعَدَ فِي مَشْرُبَةٍ لَهُ ، فَنَزَلَ لِتِسْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ ، فَقِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّكَ آلَيْتَ عَلَى شَهْرٍ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ الشَّهْرَ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ .
