Sahih al-Bukhari 5200
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) said, ‘all of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards. The ruler is a guardian, and the man is a guardian of his family; the woman is a guardian and is responsible for her husband's house, and his offspring; and so, all of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards.’
سیدنا ابن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے، وہ نبی ﷺ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ”تم سب نگہبان ہو اور تم سب سے اپنی رعایا کے متعلق باز پرس ہو گی۔ حاکم وقت بھی نگہبان اپنے شوہر کے گھر اور اس کے بچوں کی نگران ہے۔ الغرض تم میں سے ہر ایک نگہبان ہے اور ہر ایک سے اس کی نگہبانی کے متعلق سوال کیا جائے گا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, woh Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan karte hain ke aap ne farmaya: "Tum sab nigehban ho aur tum sab se apni ra-aya ke mutalliq baz-pursaee ho gi. Hakim-e-waqt bhi nigehban apne shohar ke ghar aur is ke bacho ki nigran hai. Al-gharaz tum mein se har ek nigehban hai aur har ek se is ki nigehbani ke mutalliq sawal kiya jaye ga."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ، وَالْأَمِيرُ رَاعٍ ، وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ ، فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ .
