Sahih al-Bukhari 5281
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘that was Mughith, the slave of Bani so-and-so (Barira's husband) as if I am now looking at him following her (Barira) along the streets of Al-Madina.
سیدنا ابن عباس ؓ ہی سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: وہ یعنی بریرہ ؓ کا شوہر مغیث جو فلاں قبیلے کا غلام تھا۔ گویا میں اسے دیکھ رہا ہوں کہ وہ مدینہ طیبہ کے گلی کوچوں میں اس کے پیچھے روتا پھرتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu) hi se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya: Woh yani Barira (radi Allahu anha) ka shohar Mughith jo falan qabile ka ghulam tha. Goya mein ise dekh raha hoon ke woh Madina Tayyiba ke gali kochon mein is ke peeche rota phirta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : ذَاكَ مُغِيثٌ عَبْدُ بَنِي فُلَانٍ يَعْنِي زَوْجَ بَرِيرَةَ ، كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ يَتْبَعُهَا فِي سِكَكِ الْمَدِينَةِ يَبْكِي عَلَيْهَا .
